The woman on the phone stated that she could fit me in same day and that I did not have to purchase the Groupon and that she would just honor the price in person. I figured that would be preferred for them as they wouldn't get fees deducted from Groupon and I wanted to support a local small business. I came on time and only had to wait a short while before I was seen. The facial itself was fine. I was left alone for a long time with my eyes covered and face mask on without being informed about the length. It wasn't super relaxing because it's not really a spa-like environment and just in a salon so you just hear everything going on but it wasn't advertised as such so that's not really a negative. I do think that the esthetician should explain each steps they were going to perform and also have a form or a conversation where they discussed allergies or restrictions. I am use to that at procedure most other establishments to avoid negative reactions and experience. My only real complaint is with the check out process. I was charged and extra $4 because I paid with credit card supposedly due to "credit card fees" because I didn't have enough cash on me. They did match the Groupon price but I should have just purchased the Groupon because I ended up paying more for the service due to the extra fees than I would have otherwise. I think that was not fair and not explained well. Unfortunately, I would not be returning. The staff was nice and I did not mind my facial but I would recommend the staff be more transparent and informative.

During the dermaplaning, my shoulder was burned -- something I wasn't even informed about at the time. The scar is still visible. As for the lash lift, it barely lasted -- definitely not worth the money and damaged my lashes for some time. In hindsight, I would recommend going to a licensed professional or medical spa for these services. The unprofessional vibe. The lack of communication and the results left me really dissatisfied.

The "new client" documents were not too extensive and I was able to fill them out rather quickly. The massage itself was so nice. The room was very clean and smelled amazing. The masseuse was really friendly and did a wonderful job. If I could afford it, I would definitely get myself a membership here but, it is a bit too pricey. I am writing regarding the treatment package I purchased for approximately $5,000, which included…read more12 sessions and 6 B12 shots. At the time of my consultation, I was informed that I was an ideal candidate for the treatment and was led to believe I would achieve noticeable and meaningful results. I also felt pressured to apply for financing immediately during the consultation process. I completed all treatment sessions; however, I only received 5 of the 6 B12 shots included in my package because I was advised that one injection was unavailable due to back order. During my very first session, Avril approached me and attempted to sell me additional diet pills for an added cost of approximately $500. I declined because I do not take diet medications and was already working with a nutritionist to ensure I was losing weight in a healthy and appropriate manner. I had also made significant lifestyle changes, including drinking plenty of water and eliminating sugar from my diet since January. Based on the assurances provided by your staff, I was told I would be very pleased with the results of this program. Unfortunately, despite fully completing the program and following the guidance provided, I experienced minimal results. When I expressed my concerns, I was given multiple explanations as to why the treatment may not have worked in my case. I was also informed that additional sessions might be scheduled because the treatment "really didn't work." At this point, I am requesting that your office provide a fair and reasonable resolution, including reimbursement or a partial refund for services that did not produce the represented results, as well as compensation or credit for the missing B12 shot. I also strongly encourage your office to carefully reconsider the representations and promises being made to prospective clients regarding expected outcomes. My experience did not align with what was presented during the consultation process. It's false advertisement or lack of doing the job right. I do not recommend them to anyone.
