The massages targeted knotted muscles and stressed joints and immediately relieved soreness. Both Chris and Andrea take the time to listen and understand your needs and explain what they are doing. We went back the next day for an hour long stretching session with Chris. The stretching focuses on releasing the fascia throughout your body to improve flexibility. I have moderate arthritis in both knees and I live with constant stiffness and minor pain. After the stretching session - which was like no other stretching session - all stiffness was gone from my knees. That hasn't happened in 5+ years!!
