From the beginning, he took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and was incredibly patient throughout the process. He was always available, responsive, and honest with us, and we never felt pressured to make a decision just to get a deal done. It was clear that he cared about finding the right home for our family. Once we found our home, Forrest was on top of everything. He helped us navigate the offer, negotiations, inspections, escrow, and closing, and his communication throughout the entire process was excellent. There were plenty of moving pieces, but he kept everything moving and made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable. Forrest is a great real estate agent and, in my opinion, one of the best up-and-coming agents in Southern California. He works hard, knows the market, communicates well, and genuinely looks out for his clients. We're extremely happy with the home we ended up with and grateful to Forrest for helping us get there. If you're buying or selling a home in Southern California, I'd highly recommend giving Forrest a call. Five stars without hesitation.

As first time home owners the process was daunting and overwhelming but he helped break down all the information and decision making into manageable chunks. It paid off and we have found a lovely lovely home to grow into and make our own. We were lucky to have worked with him and would continue to work with him in the future if the need arises. We were first time homebuyers and she was so warm and patient with thoroughly explaining the process and optimal strategy to present the best offer. She was always responsive over phone, e-mail, text and she became like my personal real estate therapist when I was emotionally overwhelmed by the home buying experience. But most importantly for an agent, Maribeth was effective and strategic, and supported by a great team at the Kaminsky group. Maribeth has extensive knowledge about the local South Bay market and was transparent, but respectful, about explaining what it takes to get an offer accepted in this extremely competitive market. To give you an idea of how effective Maribeth and the Kaminsky team were, we engaged Maribeth on 8/2, found the perfect house, made our FIRST (and only) offer ever, and closed on our new home on 9/7. It was a huge team effort from the Kaminsky group to get everything pulled together in a short amount of time for an aggressive close. I highly recommend Maribeth and the Kaminsky group for anyone looking to buy or sell a house. They're the best!

I don't know where to start on this one. Jack is operating so far outside the realm of my…read moreexperience with other realtors that giving him five stars feels like an insult to the guy. It's just a fact that the low barrier to entry makes a lot of realtors a dime-a-dozen. This is especially true in hot areas where demand outpaces supply. It's the absolute truest in an area like South Bay (the one true South Bay; go home Silicon Valley, you're drunk), where houses get snatched up in an instant, and buyers are willing to do insane stuff to get their offers accepted. In markets like this, a lot of buyers may ask, "Why would I even need a realtor?" Let me tell you why: because the needle-in-a-haystack realtors like Jack Mangin make even the most chaotic and fast-paced market feel like a leisurely browse through a farmers market. I found Jack on Yelp, and he was the first realtor to call me back immediately. That never changed throughout our buying process. Jack is savvy in every respect, and truly listened to our priorities. He predicted issues and took proactive approaches to prevent those issues from becoming problems for us. He stayed positive and optimistic--even when I changed my mind a million times and couldn't decide what I cared about. Jack is thorough, personable, candid, smart, reliable, and works his butt off for his clients. We were dealing with a purchase from out-of-state, so our situation had all sorts of inconveniences he had to work around--flights, time differences, schedule coordinating. He did it all with a smile and never faltered in any part of the process. He kept things moving so that things stayed smooth--nothing was ever a rush on our end, and we were never kept waiting on anything. He still checks in with us even though we closed over three months ago. He's a solid 100, and I cannot recommend him enough. Jack is our buddy for life now!
