In 2022, Dr. Nguyen referred me to Dr. Tuan Tran for plastic surgery on my shoulder to remove a small mole. So expensive surgery. Unfortunately, I had a very poor surgical outcome on my shoulder and was left with a visible scar. What concerns me even more is that Dr. Nguyen and Tran continued to reassure me that the scar would improve or disappear after one year, even though the result was visibly bad. I was repeatedly encouraged to wait, and I later learned that California has a strict time limit one year for filing certain medical malpractice claims. That delay caused me serious concern and made me feel misled. I still have no idea why Andrea didn't let me to sue Tuan Tran and did her best to support and protect him! The first photo shows my scar after approximately 1.5 years. The second photo shows the scar after approximately 4 years. The result speaks for itself.

She knew my nervousness because i talked about and said she was an RN and knew what she was doing. I get migraines and I wanted my 11s injected. Instead, she said she needed to inject higher and on my (faint and non problmatic )crows feet to " even it out." SO 600 dollars later, my forehead is frozen DOWN into a permanent frown. My eyelids are now hooded and I have to use prescription eye drops to tighten the skin to improve visibility and reduce irritation. And the 11s are still there. Even though the people are friendly and it seems like a nice place, you are only as good as your last appointment, so I give them a negative 1. And I have to frown with hooded eyes for 4 months now.
