I found AMAZING Items and paid close to nothing. I am a huge fan of consignment and thrift stores. I think it's the treasure hunt mentality for me. There are numerous racks outside and they have multiple brands at either 5-10$. For example I was able to find some lululemon leggings for $10 & a reformation tee for $7. They were both also in gently used condition. The owner behind the counter was super sweet and gave us an extra discount once she saw how much we were buying- I thought that was so sweet. The only dislike is that the pricing system is not consistent. They had certain tags that were listed as discounted, that makes sense but they also had some that were torn & some that had X's on them. I had to constantly ask the employees what was what- although I will add they were all very happy to help! Final verdict: I definitely recommend and I will definitely be back! So many hidden gems here and it's nice to take a break from fast fashion. We're also supporting a small business here so it's a WIN/WIN.

I can see why N'Tara is the store manager. Great service, super helpful, and very welcoming. I was in search for a pair of shoes and called in advance for a specific size. Came in to try them on and purchase but needed a size bigger which a lot of the stores were all sold out. I thought I would leave purchasing the sandals but N'Tara too the rescue. She asked if she wanted me to check the other stores and she quickly found me a store that had one. Due to the quick and easy transaction and great service I received from them both I ended up walking out with two additional shirts that I've been eyeing. The only thing I wish is they would close later than 7 pm on weeknights. Definitely shop this Dress Up location. Everything is pretty reasonably priced and they have all the latest styles on deck. They got regular weekly shipments of new clothes. This boutique has everything from accessories such as hats and jewelry to tops, dresses, and pants as well as seasonal shoes/sandals. Many shops (including a major chain) try to fill the gift space but I love to find unique items that are not everywhere. That is how I felt here. While speaking to the young lady, she told me there are only a couple of locations. This is not a chain! I like that. They had choices from gifts to decor to clothing and so much in between. My daughter has a wedding to attend next weekend and we found a dress that I thought would be perfect. It looked great on her. The other day while at work, they broke mid-step while I was simply walking. The store refuses to refund or exchange. Their excuse was that they "can't resell damaged product if they accept the return". Well, unfortunately you will also never be able to sell to this customer again. A simple refund of a measly $23 and I would have been on my way. I cannot even imagine stepping foot in their store again. You get better service from Forever 21, and that is sad. I am not familiar with other boutiques return policies, but I strongly advice you put down the cute pair of bell bottoms you see at Ensemble and go find them at another boutique who respects your business. Like others have mentioned - sometimes I am delighted and other times I am disappointed, but because I love the quality and selection of merchandise so I will always come back! A salesperson who is not attentive or barely polite is a disincentive to buyers who can spend their money any place they choose. So to the Mgr of Sundance - do some coaching with your associates and select staff wisely. It's the difference between shoppers spending a couple of hundred dollars vs a couple of thousand.

This store is always hit or miss, some of the associates are nice, others not so much. The BAIT And switch tactics are not what I expected from Sundance, and I have no idea why they would do this. I contacted them immediately and made it clear that I wanted the correct item or a refund. Instead of simply fixing their mistake, I spent more than a week going back and forth with them while they repeatedly tried to offer me discounts to keep shoes I did not order. They eventually said they would send me a return label, but never did. I got tired of waiting, paid to ship the shoes back myself, and sent them the tracking information. The return was delivered. I waited, followed up about my refund, and got no response. I followed up again and still heard nothing. Sending the wrong item was bad enough. Making me chase them for a return, forcing me to pay out of pocket to ship back merchandise I never ordered, and then ignoring me after they received it is unacceptable. I'm still out the return shipping cost, and I had to dispute the original $135.99 charge with American Express. I would never order from this company again.
