How about your own representation being your ex wife's best players? Yeah I've never heard of that either but here it is.  My whole situation was a Gone Girl "the sequel" situation. So off the bat i was collecting cold hard evidence, texts, photos, videos, legal documentation and nothing was done with it. All I'd hear from them was crickets, or it wasn't an evidentiary hearing. Funny because my ex wife was bringing in false documents with wrong dates or not disclosing accounts and it being used against me. These guys are not aggressive enough. I literally called them and told them I had a hearing November 16, 2022 and they reassured me I didn't. WE DID. We missed it then had the audacity to tell me the judge wasn't mad at me. wtf? Anyways we continue to go to court December 12, 2022. Rebecca carlson didn't know anything about my case. dates times anything. I'm actually surprised she knew my name. Not one piece of material from my dropbox was looked at or presented as I was instructed to send all financial disclosures to drop box. After getting tore up in court she proceeds to tell me I need to notify her when I send things to dropbox. Ummm you should've have checked all areas of my case before stepping into court as my attorney... So now that i've been kicked out of my own house since August 2, 2022 on total perjury with evidence, literally have not had access to regain my personal belongings as small as winter clothes, as it's cold in northern nevada during this time. It is now January 26, 2023 and i'm still wearing my summer clothes. They were supposed to set up a date and time for me to be able to go over and get my belongings... nothing.... I tried emailing and calling from december 16, 2022, until I emailed them in January about posting an unfavorable yelp review. In that time of their absence, I never received orders from my own lawyers, so I had to personally contact the court set up a file so I could see my own case. That would've been nice to know from the beginning as that was left out. Due to their absence and not receiving information, I missed a parenting course I was supposed to take, as that was in the orders I never received. The email I got in return was December 16, 2022 "Ryan, I'm out of town at the moment but wanted to tag up with you monday and discuss next steps and a path forward. litigation is rough. I understand that. You, Rebecca and I can discuss what the best path forward is. specify who will be point of contact on the case and next steps. in the meantime, we will not make any additional billings to you case. Call you monday." let's assess this email. -There was No call. -They were my attorneys at this point for 5 months and still didn't let me know who my main point of contact was. -they never called monday to let me know anything or give me the orders I was supposed to have received, as it had new dates and times for kid drop offs as my ex wife was going on a lavish vacation, all the while pulling thousands out a month out of an account she didn't disclose. (they didn't care) -The billing never stopped. they kept emailing me and asking for the same documents I provided them not one time, but 3-4x. Id even email back saying I sent it via drop box. wouldn't hear anything, then another email requesting the same documents. So not only have I been battling my ex wife, just to see my kids! i've had to battle the sheriffs office as she uses them to harrass me. Ive gone so far to go and get body cam video of the officers to show corruption. Sent the video in with URGENT to Rebecca. CRICKETS. lol money wasn't enough to incentivize this firm idk what will. Heres how in tune they were with my case.... I was homeless from august through September as my ex wife surprised me with restraining orders and TPOs. I got a new place in October, and sent in my new address and location, not only over documents but also in person. My returned check went to my 'old house' which Ive clearly been out of hahaha the incompetence of this firm is on another level. I legit thought they were just messing with me at first, but then as I watched them in court, or the documents they repetitively asked for while it was under their nose. So I had to cut the cancer from my life which is this firm and terminate the best players on my ex wife's team. Overall, I was just a dad that ultimately was fighting for his kids as I was their stay ant home parent, and they are slowly just keep getting further and further away from me now. Now i'm back at square one, and at the end of my rope. mind you I have literally documented everything in all aspects as I have been dealing with a narcissist. (Ex) This is just scrapping the surface of illegal things happening. I have emailed the media, and have been offered to do podcasts with big names to bring light to this mess.
