Arthur Manzira running errands, whilst my car is sitting unattended with the windows open.

Edit: 8/19/2022 If you receive a flyer in the mail from Matrix Autoworks, and for some strange reason it has someone else's name on it, that's because this "local" shop is buying mailing lists. This is a practice that is usually indicative of a company or business that DOES NOT have the best interest of their customers in mind. It is quite obvious that this company is just looking for quantity, over providing quality. BEWARE OF BUSINESSES BUYING MAILING LISTS. STAY AWAY! It's hard enough to find a mechanic that you can trust will not rip you off. It's another thing to have to worry about your car being used to run errands (by the owner), and left unattended as if it were his own. Complete disregard for MY property. I am still trying to figure out if anything is missing. It is very unfortunate when you try to give a locally owned shop your business, only to find out that the owner Arthur Manzira (seen in photo) is completely unethical, and unprofessional. This "man" was observed not only running errands with my car but left it sitting unattended in a Walgreen's parking lot, with the windows down for at least 20 minutes (that I personally witnessed). When I confronted Arthur Manzira (inside of the Walgreens), he not only played stupid (Which car?), he tried to give me numerous excuses as to why he thought this to be an acceptable practice. As a small business owner, myself, I am positive that this is not the behavior becoming of a business, and especially not a business owner. The sad part is that I was genuinely looking for a good local shop that treated my car as their own...just not to that extent. So, if you are looking for a trustworthy shop, Matrix Automotive is NOT that place. The owner, Arthur Manzira has a complete lack of business ethics. (There are also videos of the encounter(s) that these platforms do not allow, ask me for links)

Runs and Drives Nice, Heated Leather, Sunroof, Power Windows, Mirrors, Locks, Seats, Cruise Control, Aftermarket Radio with Wireless Apple CarPlay/ Android Auto, Nice Tires, a great deal you do not want to pass up!" Mind you, I'm well are it says "Sold as is". When I got to the shop, it had a March 2026 inspection sticker on it that was from that shop as I was told. He then proceeded to inform me that the sticker would be scraped because it didn't pass emissions for a code "P0128" which is the engines coolant temperature is below the normal regulating temperature. Easy fix, had done this on my last Saab so was not worried about it whatsoever. I had asked the worker at least 5 times if that was the code he pulled and he said yes. 2 days later, I come to find out after taking it to get a proper inspection done by me, that it actually was the engine code P0463, which involved the fuel level circuit reading "high voltage" which is a LOT more of an extensive and EXPENSIVE job to repair. If he had just been honest and straight up about the actual code, I wouldn't have bothered with this car knowing how much of a pain in the ass that code takes to fix. If you plan on buying a car from there, make sure you bring a reader to check for any engine codes, and DO NOT just take his word for accountability. If I could leave ZERO stars I would.

Genesis of Nashua - My horrible and unacceptable experience (FRAUD!)…read moreI had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Genesis of Nashua that I feel others should be aware of. I purchased a Genesis GV80, which is marketed as a high-end luxury vehicle, and expected a premium experience to match. Instead, the experience turned into a 4 month long ordeal. After signing all the paperwork and waiting to take my new car home, the salesman casually mentioned that the battery was being charged, which immediately raised concerns since this is not an electric vehicle. I drove the car home anyway, only for it not to start the very next morning. Genesis had to come pick it up. This issue didn't happen just once -- it happened multiple times (about 13). While the car was at the dealership for service, I repeatedly called and was told the car was ready. However, when I followed up to confirm, the service manager told me it still wouldn't start. This pattern repeated over and over -- the car would be charged, run briefly, then the battery would die again once turned off. At that point, I told the dealership I no longer wanted the car and that they should take it back, especially since it was clear they knew it had issues before selling it. The response from the sales manager? "All cars can be fixed." That was unacceptable. I also had the Genesis app connected to the vehicle, which alerted me whenever the car was on, doors were open, or where it was located. Several times, I received alerts and called the dealership, only to be told again that the car still wouldn't start. At one point, a service technician even took my car home to try to resolve the issue -- adding over 100 miles to my brand-new vehicle -- and it still wasn't fixed. The car was even parked overnight in a garage in Salem, NH. After 6 weeks of getting nowhere with the dealership, I finally escalated the issue to Genesis Corporate. It then took 4 months to get my money back from corporate, and another 3 weeks to get a refund from the dealership. Not once during this entire process did anyone apologize for selling me a defective vehicle. No one from sales or management reached out to make things right. The only bright spot in this entire experience was Sue, the Service Manager, who was the only person who genuinely tried to help me navigate this situation. To make matters worse, I was never properly shown how to use the vehicle's features or packages. I was also misinformed about the matte finish -- I was initially told I could wash it normally, but after purchase was told I could not use a car wash, as it would damage the finish. Instead, I was handed a bucket, a cloth, and soap -- completely impractical, especially during New Hampshire winters. The bottom line: this dealership will sell you a defective vehicle just to complete the sale and will not stand behind their highest-end models. This entire experience was stressful, time-consuming, and honestly heartbreaking. I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing from this dealership proceed with extreme caution.
