Informed him I did some research online from which my husband removed the back panel from inside the freezer and found frost build up. According to the research it states to defrost the unit with a hair dryer, order and replace the defrost thermostat. Before we invested in funds to do this we wanted a proper diagnosis. Kenny checked the unit out and cleaned our coils. He stated what we needed was a new main power board. I ordered the main power board. On 02Aug2019 I received the main board and contacted Kenny to install. He came out and installed it the same day. The next morning when we checked everything our freezer wasn't freezing. I contacted Kenny regarding this. He had me unplug the unit and plug it back in. Listen to hear if the fan and compressor was running, which it was. Stated he would be back over again if not that day then the following day. I kept him informed of the temperature and ice-maker operation throughout the day. He stated he may have to change the temperature sensor in the freezer and believed he may have some. Stated he would get back to me. The next day, 04Aug2019 I had not heard anything from him so I sent a text asking if he was still planning on coming out today. At which he replied he had to move unexpectedly. On 05Aug2019, I sent a text and received back an explanation to his unexpected move. 06Aug2019 I informed Kenny that I understood he was in the middle of a housing issue but I still needed my refrigerator fixed. He advised me to contact another repair company. So I am out of money for part and repairs and still have a broken refrigerator. He informed me on the two repair visits at my home that he stood behind his work at which I can't say I feel is true.

When they installed our unit, however, they put the extremely old pump back in. He put in the new pump after we called him on it, but then later tried to tack on extra cost for other things. We refused to pay the extra cost, and now in the coldest part of the winter, we are very cold. He refuses to come out to fix the problem because we (fairly) refused to pay the extra. Having tried to get someone else to fix it, we have found that it will void our warranty if anyone else services it, since it's under a year old. I tried several Union Electricians who would not come to Hartford. Said they would and never showed to work. Then I tried the non-union contractors since I couldn't get any other help and most of them said my design was excessive because I wanted all copper in steel pipe through the roof. Then I met Pat Duboise; Everything changed. He made my day... When I told him what I wanted, He answered "That's the only way we do a service". I hired him immediately. His prices are a little high for the area but very reasonable for what you get. He did everything perfect. Passed my inspection even though most work done in this area by "electric utilities" would not pass my inspection. I have seen many electrical nightmares in Sebastian County. From spliced neutrals in overhead drops to services without service grounds. Splices in a service panel. Splices in ceilings and walls. Patrick does none of this. His work is in pipe and all splices are done in proper enclosures. He is a great craftsman who does a professional workman like job. If you want cheap: Call walmart or home-depot. If you want it done right: Call Duboise Electric in Hackett Ar. He does not cut corners and observes "Safety First".

I, first, dealt with the owner, Pat, and he gave us a list of materials needed for the job. We had to order the corrected parts eight different times... Makes you wonder if this company even knows anything about electric when the owner could not even give us an accurate list of necessary material. Every time I went to check on his two employees, they were always outside smoking or sitting in their vehicles. Also, half the time they were here onside, there was only one worker when we agreed upon two. I even let them use our sky lift for free. I also informed the owner that his workers would show up around 9:00 AM, even though I was billed for their services starting at 8:00 AM. They also made a habit of leaving the job early, around 4 PM, even though I was billed for their time until 5 PM. When I brought this to the owner's, Pat, attention, he was furious and said he had never charged me for when they worked overtime. I questioned how they could work overtime when they come in late and leave early ever day? We also lock up our building at 5 PM, so there is no way they could have worked any overtime... We were told on Thursday that they would be finished with the job by COB (close of business) the next day, Friday afternoon. We then asked them Monday when they showed up, why there were not finished, and the workers told us they had one more hours' worth of work to do... We, then asked them to stop working on Tuesday because they were still here onsite, working. Immediately, the owner drove out to the job and told them to leave and go to another job. He refused to even ask his employees how much longer they had and refused to tell us how much was left. This company is a complete scam! I recommend that no one lets them on their property... I have done some research and have also found out that this company does not even hold the proper insurance to handle the line of work they handle. VERY sad that there are actually individuals like this....
