Bryan was very sharp and professional! He used his tools to connect to the A/C unit and explained to us what he saw. The freon was very low so Bryan started a recharge. During the recharge, he answered our questions, explained the different parts of the system, and was a wealth of information! Bryan took the time to monitor the system during and after the recharge. When they installed our unit, however, they put the extremely old pump back in. He put in the new pump after we called him on it, but then later tried to tack on extra cost for other things. Having tried to get someone else to fix it, we have found that it will void our warranty if anyone else services it, since it's under a year old.
