As a law librarian, I have worked with lawyers and law professors for my entire career, so am admittedly a tough customer. He carefully reviewed my out-of-state documents and recommended some changes to create a an enforceable instrument that would save my executor and beneficiaries both time and money. He took the time to ask numerous questions to insure that my wishes were accurately reflected in the legalese. Finally, he charged only about a third of what a Clayton or downtown lawyer would have and provided a higher level of service than my previous lawyer. He could not have been kinder, and he treated me like i was the only client he had that day, though that was hardly the case.
