That started my on my journey to find what would work, as I knew that what I was creating in my life was a result of my childhood programing. The short list includes; Lifespring, beginning and advanced, Transformational Workshops, Tai Chi, meditation, hypnosis, medications, enough self help books to line the entire United States, women's groups, Al-Anon, Co-dependants Anonymous, Adult children of Alcoholics, Chronic PTSD therapy, Brain wave therapy and more. So when I found Anita's ad through an internet search, I was doubtful, but willing to try. My goal was to move forward in my life with dreams that had lived in my heart for decades but just could not work on them because the beliefs about myself were so deep, they felt as if they were in my DNA. I was elated and stunned when after the first session I was able to start my work to reach my goals. Previously, I literally felt sick to my stomach when I thought about doing the work. After three sessions, I have a regular schedule working on my goals and enjoy the work! I have been in some type of therapy for 4 decades and nothing really shifted the beliefs that were under my self confident exterior. Even though I had earned multiple degrees and was successful in many areas, the belief that I was a "joke" and it would be dangerous to do anything that would bring attention to me, drove my choices, I never, ever felt good enough. Now I do and I cannot thank Anita enough. I don't understand how it works, but it works!

She has a very gentle way of evoking a desire to fully understand what is happening deeply inside and why certain patterns were repeating themselves in my life. More importantly, Rachel holds a space where I feel safe enough to explore new ways to move forward from where I was previously stuck. Learning to say "YES" to myself and learning to give to myself the things that bring pleasure were such major breakthroughs for me! So many of my fears around deservability and worthiness have been released! Today, I fully believe in my ability to create a life that lives up to a much greater vision. My relationship with my husband and kids has improved because I've become more my true self, more relaxed, happy, capable, and excited about the future. Rachel is one such person in my life. I found her online through a basic search and picked her simply due to her office location and the fact that she was a female. Little did I know how big of an impact this woman would play in my life. I knew I wanted to chart a new path in my journey and have the most fulfilling life I had ever imagined, but I didn't feel like I had the tools or know how to make that happen. This has been one of the MANY gifts Rachel has given me in the 3 or so years that I've had the honor of knowing her. Of course, I believe everyone is always a work in progress and I'm no exception, but to be blessed enough to have Rachel on my side, I have no doubts that I can accomplish anything that I want. It's not always easy or fun to see Rachel and I might break out into hives right before our visit, but without a doubt, 100% of the time, our time together ends and I leave feeling like a brand new person, with a little less weight on my shoulders and a few more tools in my tool belt to handle whatever needs to be handled. Rachel is an integral part of my team that supports me in pretty much every aspect of my life, whether she knows or intends to or not. To say that I recommend Rachel would be an understatement. Telling someone about her, for me, is knowing that if they make the decision to follow through with it, I have just given them a gift that has infinite possibilities in their life. She has been a true blessing and profound influence in my life and I feel very lucky that she was placed in my life.
