So I called the office on 9/7/2018 asI had been told the company was reliable, did good work and…read morewas fairly priced. First off the woman who answered the call was not very friendly, seem to irrated she had to answer the phone. Her tone bordered on rude and she was irrated that she could not hear me well. I let that go and proceeded to have to YELL my inquiry at her. I wanted an esitmate and to talk to someone regarding my options for a gutter replacement at my rental property. She took my number and insisted on my billing address but I stated very clearly my billing address was not for the property I wanted the estimate on to which she rudely said I need a billing address! I gave both addresses and my contact number. She said I forget the guy's name would contact me shortly about coming out. I never heard a word from anyone and then to my suprise on 9/24 I got an estimate from BG Siding. They didn't even 1. tell me they were coming 2. ask what I wanted and 3. tell me that they had been on my property. Of course the estimate is very vauge and I know they don't know what I wanted done so how the heck to they give me an estimate and by the way it was not that fairly priced either. I say go another route. Find a company that cares about potential customers and the service they provide. Too bad too because my dad really liked them and they do all his rental properties. I'll be sure that is a in the past deal for certain. Bye Felicia!!

My father had been considering putting new siding on his house and had visited with several…read morecontractors to get estimates. For whatever reason, he did not choose Bob Green. Today, our family received an email from Eddie Green inquiring as to the status of our siding. We told him we had gone a different direction. The email said, verbatim "Yeah, I figured that when I drove past your house and saw the crew there." This is borderline harassment and stalking behavior. He then directly insulted my fathers intelligence and made some disparaging remarks about his character. The mere fact that such an email was sent is absolutely unacceptable. If Mr Green had known that the job was completed, he sent the email out of spite and jealousy. Insulting a potential client is absolutely horrible business practice, and completely childish. This review is not exaggerated or embellished in any way. I urge you to avoid Bob Green siding

I would not recommend this company due to its unprofessionalism and the amateur quality of the…read morepaint job. Here's my experience: Our contract specified the following: - Prep and paint the basement (walls, trim, doors), including the common area, bathroom, and bedroom. - Prep and paint the stairwell and complete upper level, excluding closet interiors (ceiling, walls, trim). - Perform minor drywall repairs as needed in all areas to be painted. However, drywall repairs were incomplete before painting began. During my walkthrough, I noticed areas that still required repair; some were fixed, others were not. Where repairs were made, the difference in paint coats is noticeable. Most of my home appears to have received only one coat of paint, and some of the trim wasn't painted at all, despite my repeated requests to both the worker and the owner. Paint was splattered throughout my home, including on furniture and kitchen appliances. The trim, ceiling, and floor were covered with paint splatters. The workers also left trash behind, such as drink cups and wrappers. Although the job was supposed to take five days, on the fifth day, a single worker arrived at 8 a.m. and stayed until 9 p.m. without any breaks, trying to finish. After I sent the owner photos of the issues, he and the worker along with one other person returned on Monday. That worker yelled at me in my own home, blaming me for the poor paint job. Although the owner attempted to make things right, the overall lack of care and professionalism from this company was unacceptable. I still have unresolved issues, but after the owner tried to justify the problems, I decided to just pay him and move on.

First we tried some home remedies (bad idea - actually helps set the stain, as we later learned) and then Dan came to our rescue. The reality is, however, that he CAN get out most stains. Great service, great guy. Brooke & Ann Kaine Owings, MD

He provided an estimate on replacing the wood boards with wood and the other estimate to replace with Trex boards. I decided to go with Trex. He prepared a list of materials that I would need. He got the materials and went to my home and continued working on my deck while I took care of my kid. He was very patient and kind. He and his workers were always pleasant, professional, and on time.
