He was also patient with this being our first major home repair and helped us find a subcontractor to work with (MJ Roofing, who I also really recommend.) I've worked with Washburn Building Products on a number of occasions over the last year with an…read moreinvestment property that needs a lot of work. I've bought windows, doors, decking; and had some window installation. The owners and staff have been invariably professional and helpful. Just the other day when the workers were over to install some windows they gave me some tips on other things that were going on. It's just the way they roll. The project has otherwise been very stressful for me, owing to unrelated circumstances. But through it all the owners and crew have become like friends to me. Always kind, always concerned with how things are going, and always giving whatever they're working on a little extra to make my life less stressful. This business is a real asset to the Klamath construction industry.

The custie service here is sick AF. #legit. All the men and women are super helpful, knowledgeable,…read morepatient and understanding. Maybe its cause im from los angeles where custie service, manners and hospitality is a myth so when im in rural areas, its a shock how cool people are. The staff goes out of their way to assist you even though they do not need to. Its so easy to stay away with that its not my problem, its not in my job description mentality. Im so grateful places like Washburn exists to lend a helping a hand, provide surreal products and a company that will actually pick up the phone. Thank you.
