Later that same evening I phoned the store to confirm the appointment and ask if the battery replacement could be done while I wait. After an hour drive, I arrived the next day on time, only to be told first that they had no battery in stock and come back next week. I questioned why I wasn't told this last night on the phone. No answer from people who could care less. Then I was told they no longer replaced batteries in my particular iPad model. I made it clear that when making the appointment I was crystal clear regarding the year make and model. No answer except to question me as to why this was so upsetting to me and that I should calm down. I will never use this store again. You shouldn't either.
