There was one mistake, I made, and told Antonio we were putting carpet on a landing where flooring was supposed to go. When I realized my mistake and told him he immediately corrected it with no problem. Fortunately they had just started the area. It took them less than two days to do two bedrooms , large living room, sunroom and staircase with a mixture of LVP flooring and carpet.. We had prepared for it taking three days. Also we had followed their prep sheet and had all the small stuff removed. Antonio and his crew moved all the furniture as needed. Two days later Grerg Costello, Owner, Sales, came to my house and we reached a reasonable deal for installation. The Flooring was delivered. I was told the installers Danilo and jake would arrive at 8AM in the morning. At 8AM in the morning Toni Robinson arrived with the installers, she introduces everyone and answered any questions. The installers went to work immediately and only took a short lunch break and completed the job a 6PM. (10 hours). They were very respectful and did a professional job of installation and did an amazing job cleaning up. We paid for 4 individual services to 4 different homes via our credit card to their Paypal account. We do not use Paypal. Paypal kept the payment and did not pay them, and hence, Pro gutter threaten to place Liens on the properties if i did not resolve their Paypal accounting mess. I then had to spend several hours with Paypal fixing their issue. Terrible customer service and needless to say, we will NOT be using them again.

This review has been four years in the making. In 2019, my house main line had a leak between the…read moremeter and the front porch. I called around and he quoted $500 for the repair. I told him to dig in the lawn to find the leak, but he said he wasn't sure where the line ran, so he broke up one side of my walkway and dug a hole close to the porch where he thought the leak was, but it wasn't there. He then said he had to pull the pipe out and replace it with a new length and that would fix the leak. So he did that and patched my walkway badly with a poor quality concrete fix. The leak was fixed, but then he charged me $1500 due to the extra work, even though I told him where he should dig. I felt kicked in the guts, but because I didn't want to have any problems with the guy because of a payment dispute, I paid him and decided not to use him again. So this morning, four years later, I turned on my faucet and got nothing but air. I saw that there was a bad leak close to the walkway where the other patch was made, so I turned off my water and called up a certified plumber (Aaron Plumbing - very professional). Once they dug down to the pipe, they saw that the plumber used four elbow shark bite connectors instead of just one (because I guess he didn't have the parts). But, then I found out from my current plumber that shark bite fittings are not certified for underground connections. One of the connections had corroded and burst. They asked me how much I paid for the previous repair, and when I told them, they said I got ripped off. Almost $2K later, the bad repair from Right on Time Plumbing was fixed. So that's why I'm writing this review after all this time. They are cowboys and not working to code. Also, be sure to get all quotes up front and hold them to it. Or better yet, just avoid them altogether and go with a licensed plumber.

We purchased a house 4 days ago, only to find out the previous owners had covered the carpet in the…read moremaster bedroom with furniture. After closing, we went into the house only to find the most nasty, disgusting stained carpet. Apparently the master bedroom belonged to the cats and dogs!!! The smell was another issue!!! We went to Home Depot and ordered carpeting only to be told it would be at least 3 weeks before it could be installed. A plumber was here to make major repairs (that's another story)recommended calling Country Carpets in Canton. I called them immediately and they bent over backwards to help us. In less than 2 hours from my phone call, they sent 4 installers to install new carpeting. They did an awesome job and left the place looking great!! We will be calling them again when we need flooring!!!!! AAAAA+++++
