They currently offer nail services and hair services such as perms, color services, silk presses, loc retwists, roller sets, sew ins , natural braids, natural twists and shampoo and blow dry. This location offers walk ins for services every other Saturday, so you should call in the day before to ensure that students are available for services. The pricing has been updated but is still very budget friendly. A silk press is $35 (or $45 if you add on a deep conditioning service). It is the luck of the draw that will determine your student stylist, but you can request a stylist if you like how they've done your hair. You just need to know their schedule. From my understanding as of December 2025, they offer services Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 12 PM and in the evening from 5 to 7:30 PM and they offer services from 9 AM to 12:30 PM on rotating Saturdays. They accept walk-ins only which is great for those who want to spontaneously come and get a style. Early arrival is recommended because of that system and services being dependent on student stylist availability. Remember this is a Hair school, so part of their day is focused on instruction or practice of certain skills and then they also get to practice on real clients that walk in. Based on my recent experience and my experiences in the past, I think you can't go wrong with a simple service such as a silk press or a shampoo and condition, especially for the price point.

As you can imagine this involves thorough research and interviews with multiple schools. After visiting five other schools in the area, Primrose of Wade Green was our last stop... literally. We were just amazed with the level of education, service and support that was offered to the children AND the parents. The facility is extremely clean and well kept. I love the fact they start teaching sign language to infants, this really helped our son communicate with us without frustration. For first time parents, they were very helpful, and made us feel very comfortable with a strong sense of security. Also, I have to admit, our child eats better than we do at Primrose of Wade Green. They knock it out of the park when it comes to nutrition, and we receive a weekly menu! One of my favorite perks has to be the surprise emails. Throughout the day, Primrose staff takes many pictures of all the beautiful children and on occasion they email us photos of our child enjoying his day...what a treat! Everyone at Primrose makes an effort to bond with your child and they are determined to make sure the kids are always happy. I said why, something was wrong the daycare flooded. so after that i lost my job. but before the flood and ect, i received calls he was sick he running off, he have a temperature of 101. he was wrote up for chocking a child, he had a attitude and ect.. we talking about a 1year old that can't talk never been around kids the size of a 6 month old. i have more to say but u get the picture.

When I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), I learned that the BBB gave them a D- for failure to respond to complaints. As if that wasn't annoying enough, the next day I discovered three fraudulent charges to my credit card from three different dining establishments, two in California and one in Missouri. Perhaps that was just a bizarre coincidence, but it's the first time I have ever had that happen.
