The front desk staff is rude and will down talk you anytime you express a concern. My daughter has told me multiple times that her teacher is very mean to her and tells my child she isn't special. She comes home with random marks in her body and they have no respond to why and how when I bring it up, instead they tell me I need to seek help for my daughter which I did. But the disrespect from the front desk staff just continues. I've attempted several times to set up an meeting with the Ower/Director and I'm always given the run around. It's true they want is your money! I can keep going but what I recommend is that you don't your research before putting your child with this folks. It's not rainbow and glitter with them!!

He would shut down and refuse to read or write with me and it would take him hours to do his homework. Within just two months of having session with these great tutors he has not just brought up one but both grades from failing to passing. I travel a lot (several flights a week) and can not use it on the plane to study while traveling as it doesn't work offline. Pretty much worthless to me as that a lot of my free "study time", is without a connection. I shouldn't have to purchase internet access on every flight in order to use your product. Here is the pretty rude and unprofessional reply form the President of the company to my complaint: Forgive me for developing an app that has a small footprint of storage (~15 mb as opposed to some using 1-2 GB). Our ADX app utilizes a 10TB server. One possible option for you to take away from this is before buying an app based on illogical and faulty assumptions, perhaps call or email and ask the developer specific questions. You could have easily done this before mid-August 2022. If the app description includes this statement "This app requires wi-fi to operate the 'Exam' mode", which it does, that should imply that this app requires wi-fi to some extent. The exam mode happens to load faster with wi-fi. Thought I'd help users... Lastly, when you read descriptions of our app on the store that says "multiple modes allow the user to customize quizzes, or study using text, images, audio, and video all directed into your app using a dedicated server" that word 'server' should imply Internet, which should imply on-line as opposed to off-line.
