We started the process meeting with Lara first and 4 days later we had an offer on our dream starter home. She made the process fun, exciting, and enjoyable. As first-time buyers we had a vision of how we wanted the process to go, and she checked all the boxes and more. Lara responded to any questions quickly and professionally. She was able to assist us with contacts for projects we wanted to do before moving in as well. If you are looking to buy Lara is your go to! She is amazing :)

A Realtor friend of mine in California recommended Mandy Trella to me when we were just beginning…read moreto consider selling our property. Because we live in California, it was not easy to check on the house and make sure it was secure. Mandy and her husband John made multiple visits to the property to check on it for us before we decided to list with her. They toured the property, took photos, and sent them to me promptly. They were incredibly reliable and capable. Mandy has a network of trusted people that she could turn to as the sale progressed. She proved to be an expert guide along every step of the way. It was a complicated property with many difficult aspects to consider, but Mandy handled every situation that arose with tact and grace. I'm extremely grateful to her and would hire her again in a heartbeat.

Ed held open house every week, and spent big bucks on advertising and videos. He just sold our condo at Lahaina Shores for us in less than the time it took to do the paperwork. Again, he held open house every chance he could, had a gorgeous video made, and put in the time. He is a real pro who has lived here forever and knows the island and the market inside out. I would never call anyone else to list or sell real estate on Maui. Mahalo Ed and a hui hou! Penny

I was immensely…read moreimpressed by the kindness, diligence, helpful guidance, and extensive knowledge demonstrated by Jazi and Michelle as they assisted and supported us throughout the entire process of moving from my old Unit, same complex to my new Unit . We are deeply grateful; without the two of them, this dream--of living in, *by far*, the best place in the entire northern region of the island--would not have become a reality. Piilani Gardens is, *by far*, the best-maintained complex in terms of its landscaping; it possesses a broad vision, is kept clean, and radiates that sense of "home" that we all yearn for--the feeling of arriving home and finding peace and tranquility. Thank you to both of them for their care and assistance.

So let me say--OMGosh--These are NICE! .Wailea Point Village Condos are nestled btwn the Fairmont Hotel and the Grand Wailea Hotel. (more about that later) You can walk down towards beach path/beaches (unlocked gate, and a shower right inside the gate). The GREAT beach path that is only 3.5 miles (round trip). We ran it every morning. Random people can't just walk in, as they seem to monitor the beach gate & someone actually drove up one time to ask me (in a very nice way) "how" I like my visit and what condo I was staying in. Was kind of annoyed, but at least I know, it's SAFE. Has a very nice gym- you might have to turn on AC (remote on wall by far door) and fans (remote by front door), if you are the only one in there, like us. Though, you need to be guest at WPV to use. TAN TIME--if you walk to beach--there is a grass short-cut you can take, ask any of the grounds keepers where it is- (Fairmont side), you can take your towels and lay out with the hotel guests on the same beach. If you have an "WPV owners card", just go to the little pool circle building & show it to them. They'll set up a chair and umbrella for you. Tip the cabana boys. They gotta eat, too. Or if you wake up late, like us, just walk up to an empty chair/umbrella and casually set up camp. Bring white towels to "blend" in. :) POOL TIME- Usually empty. There is a kiddie pool, and a lap pool, for you swimmer types. You'll find the ping pong tables over there, too.
