I could tell from the beginning that they were not interested in buying my house for cash, they wanted to list it through their realtors so they could make even more profit. The agent who came was polite and courteous but come on, 50% of what sites like zillow show the property to be worth and they offer you that with a straight face. I would have taken an offer at say 70-75% but 50% was an insult. I will not waste my time with places like this that will try and buy at rock bottom prices only to flip it making huge profits at your expense. I cannot understand how one review was 5 stars but, that review was 9 years old so maybe they have changed for the worse.

He responded quickly and competently, regardless of communication method (text, phone, email). John was patient throughout; I never felt I was a "bother" to him. John was well-prepared for the negotiation - he had a thorough analysis and knowledge of the local market, which was both comforting to me and also made for a smoother and more effective negotiation process. I felt I paid a fair price for the property, and John's actions throughout ensured my interests were well-served. He clearly has a firm handle on the process; the Seller's representation on this transaction overlooked a couple of items that, if not caught, would have been to my detriment.
