Much like another wildly advertise cash for you house site that I also called. I could tell from the beginning that they were not interested in buying my house for cash, they wanted to list it through their realtors so they could make even more profit. The agent who came was polite and courteous but come on, 50% of what sites like zillow show the property to be worth and they offer you that with a straight face. I would have taken an offer at say 70-75% but 50% was an insult. I will not waste my time with places like this that will try and buy at rock bottom prices only to flip it making huge profits at your expense. I cannot understand how one review was 5 stars but, that review was 9 years old so maybe they have changed for the worse.

Jared from the Klaus Team was an exceptional agent! When we…read morefirst started our house hunt, Jared was our go-to person to look at the first house we had our eye on. Since we were out of state and planning to return to Arizona, when that house didn't work out, Jared went above and beyond to help us find a house that met our criteria. We explained that we wanted to be located in the Queen Creek/San Tan area, and Jared diligently searched the listings, providing us with more options. I was in frequent contact with Jared regarding property questions, and he always did his best to provide answers within reason. Finally, we found the perfect house! When it came to the closing process, Jared worked tirelessly to ensure that everything went smoothly and to address any minor issues that arose. He even went above and beyond to help us deal with contractor issues on our newly built house and the neighboring houses. I highly recommend Jared and the Klaus Team! They are truly exceptional agents who will go the extra mile to help you find the perfect home and great value in the custom cabinetry throughout the house, appraising higher than the buying price! Instant equity!!

There were multiple issues with the property being left unsecured, which I was made aware of by contractors. Despite raising my concerns, they were either dismissed or completely ignored. The realtor's communication was unprofessional and at times outright disrespectful -- at one point responding with "LOL I'm not talking to you about this anymore" when I questioned a cleaning service that had been arranged (and paid for) but appeared to have done no actual work. As I was selling the property remotely, it was especially important to have trustworthy support on the ground. Unfortunately, this was not the case. After two failed sales and ongoing problems, we decided to end the relationship. John recently helped me buy a single family home in NE Mesa. I highly recommend him!…read more Throughout the process, he was responsive to my many questions and concerns. He responded quickly and competently, regardless of communication method (text, phone, email). John was patient throughout; I never felt I was a "bother" to him. John was well-prepared for the negotiation - he had a thorough analysis and knowledge of the local market, which was both comforting to me and also made for a smoother and more effective negotiation process. I felt I paid a fair price for the property, and John's actions throughout ensured my interests were well-served. He clearly has a firm handle on the process; the Seller's representation on this transaction overlooked a couple of items that, if not caught, would have been to my detriment. John caught the errors, told me what he was going to do to address them, and the followed through as he said he would. That kind of pro-active behavior is a real confidence builder for sure. Overall, the process was as smooth as residential transactions can be in 2016. He is well-connected professionally with relationships with lenders and title companies - these relationships definitely helped the cohesiveness of the transaction and again, allayed any concerns that I might have had with a transaction of this type.
