just now New Very…read moredissatisfied with the "service" from this place. I made an appointment to get a hitch put on my car for a pop up camper. I arrive on time. Waited in the front for a bit, but could hear someone talking. Finally passed by the back office door and a gentleman came out. I said i was here for an appointment, he abruptly said i was late and didn't i get his message. I had no message on my phone. He said well we called you, you have the Toyota Rav. I said no i have a Highlander and I'm here for a hitch. He said well don't have an appointment to put a hitch on and we don't have anyone to do it. I was upset because i needed a hitch and which Uhaul sells it and has nobody to install?? He said well you can buy it from us and you can take it down the road to the locksmith and he can install it. I said well i added all the things required and installation was $406. I said will this be costing me more? He said no. So i reluctantly bought the hitch, wiring, etc while he called the locksmith (satellite uhaul) and said he could do it right away no problem. So i loaded up the stuff and went directly to the locksmith and was there by 10:30 am. I walk in and told them that i was there for a hitch install and they said they were too busy come back in 1-1/2 hours. I left and drove around for like 10 minutes and the owner called me back and said we can see you now. So i returned to the locksmith and they said they could install the hitch. I was there around 11am, said it was a quick job. I stayed at the locksmith and thy finally finished at 2:30, about 3-1/2 hours to do a simple install. Very aggravating. And on top if it i was never asked what kind of connector i would need. I was also advised after that whole time of sitting that they ran the wiring to come out out the back and every time the trunk closes smashes the wire down out the back. Simply was a very lazy fix and not impressed with the service i got. It should have been run through the bottom, it would have taken more time but it sure would have been better. So no appointment, no hitch installer, had to re-route to another place, total of 5+ hours of being tossed around and waiting, plus it cost me $100 more, and it still doesnt plug in properly nor charges the battery up which cost me a generator and a HUGE HEADACHE!! Go elsewhere for a hitch

Now, I need to get my truck and the passcode system is installed. What makes it worse, they are checking voice-mail, which were full the last 2 days, miraculously now you can leave a message. And the emergency number? Same thing. No answer and no call back for 4 days. Someone even comes into the office and leaves lights on amd off and different vehicles are there. The door is locked and they do not answer. I do not recommend. Horrible unprofessional managment. Don't rent here, pay a few dollars more so.you can access your items

Staff was very friendly and security looked standard for other storage I've rented. I also liked that the unit can be double locked with their locks they sell as well as a personal lock for added security.
