On the day, at the time she was meant to be at my house to get us ready, asked for the address. I thought that was very strange as I live about an hour away so she was definitely going to be late. She assured me that she would bring additional team members to ensure all of us would be ready for our departure time. An hour later, when she said she would finally arrive, she let me know that she would no longer be able to do our hair and makeup. To let us know on the day, an hour after she was meant to arrive that she could no longer perform the service was completely unacceptable. She is running a very unprofessional business and I WOULD NOT TRUST HER TO SHOW UP ON ANY SPECIAL OCCASION!! You could very well be left in the lurch and scrambling to get yourself ready. She also ignored all of my calls once she said she could no longer come, how cowardly and ridiculous. She genuinely ruined this huge event for us and I really hope she feels some remorse for this but I really doubt it as she didn't even have the courtesy to answer the call. Again, save yourselves the hassle and avoid this MUA AT ALL COSTS!!!
