i asked for a quote for several jobs from Real Pro Renovations; kitchen remodel, painting, extend…read morea wall, electrical, privacy fence, workshop, etc. A very nice guy came to get info for a quote which he passed on to his boss, Brian. Brian quoted painting and we had found someone else by then and figured they might charge less and be available sooner but we wanted a reputable company to do the more complicated jobs so we waited on Real Pro to give us a quote on any or all of the other jobs. After over 3 weeks and several emails, the office manager emails me telling me they're too busy to do anything for us and didn't even quote it for a later date. In my opinion, they should have told me that up front instead of wasting my time. I was very surprised after reading other reviews that they would be so unprofessional. If they would have been straight with us and told us directly, we might would have hired them at a later date but obviously they don't want our business now or later and we have wasted over 3 weeks waiting on a quote.
