To begin, this place does not do direct deposit with your taxes. They have the IRS send your taxes…read moreto their bank account and they give you a hand written check for the exact amount they told you you would get. So i've only gone to Ms. Columba only 2 years. The first year she was able to get me more $ than any other tax place has gotten me, $1,450. The 2nd year (this year) I went to her again and she was able to get me the same amount as last year. A few weeks later i got my federal tazex in the mail which I thought was weird because its supposed to go to her. My federal was $1450, the same amount I was going to get (per Columba) in total for my taxes. Both state & federal. So i called Columba and told her I got my federal in the mail for the total amount of my taxes. Which means, I was going to get more for my state taxes. So more than the $1450 she told me I was going to get. My other half of taxes was not available until the last week of March for pick up. I go pick up my state taxes and she only gave me $207 because that's what she told me I was going to get. 2 weeks later, i get a letter in the mail from the IRS saying my taxes were done wrong and the IRS owed me $1000 more. Ever since, Ive been calling Columba and NO ANSWER! Ive showed up to her office plenty of times and SHE'S NEVER THERE. She kept $1000 more of my tax return which Ill never see again!! She is a thief, I's so sure she does this to EVERY person that goes into her office. DO NOT GO TO THIS WOMAN!!!
