They joked and enjoyed some music as they worked and each knew exactly what they needed to do. They finished the work a little ahead of time and the completed job was most excellent! We would have them back in a heartbeat as their work was so precise and well done! David did a fantastic job of placing and taping plastic over the bed, over the clothes on the higher rods in the closet, over the sink areas in the bathroom, etc. so that they all stayed dust free. We were so very impressed by the quality of their work that we gave them a tip!

In the early 80's, I got a carpet remnant from Great Floors in octagon design bluish color, with foam back, I decided to call and ask if they could text me photos of such & such, provided colors, style that I need. Almost right away, I got a text back from one of their staff, and found one I really wanted, similar to the style as my company logo in the colors I like. We went there right away, and was able to have me cut enough material for our stairs. I mean ENOUGH, since we're matching designs. Very very happy with the purchase. Not only, my basement stairs looked elegantly rich, we have ENOUGH to carpet the top of the stairs, which is the hallway (just like before). That's like buying 2 for the price of one. There are so many flooring businesses it can be overwhelming. Area Floors seemed less pushy than the other places. They were also so straight forward. Their selection wasn't huge, but we settled on a material that was almost exactly what I had envisioned in our home. It also was totally in our expected price range. Originally I had planned to save a lot of money by installing the flooring myself. We were running out of time to move into our house and we realistically didn't have the time anymore. They set up a contractor to install the flooring for us from a short list of companies they trusted. The contractor showed up on time, and were ready to hit it. They completed the job in two and a half days, just like they estimated. Area Floors set up a payment plan for us that seemed scary at first but was totally easy. I can't think of one complaint.
