Had my sons memorial montage put to some music. Masterpiece memories did a fabulous job filling putting the photos to the song I selected. Great speed, fading of pictures to the next and they even made a seem-less transition when they had to make the song last a couple of seconds longer to allow all my images to play. Had some 8mm converted to digital. Prices were a bit high for me but still gave 5-star due to great service. My film was damaged so the conversion was jumpy. They processed the whole thing then let me view it and decide if I wanted to pay for it or not. Said I could try some other things elsewhere to try to get a better scan and they'd hold the digital files for a couple weeks while I tried in case my film got destroyed in the process. Ended up just using their scans after calling around. read more

Masterpiece Memories really goes above and beyond excellent customer service! I had a very rare type of tape that they worked on transferring for me and were the only company I could find that could process that type. It turned out to be blank! They even had their machines serviced to be sure it was the tape and not their equipment. After coming to the final conclusion that there was definitely no data on the tape they let me know and sent it back at no cost. If I ever have a video conversion need in the future I will definitely be going back and recommending them. You just really don't see such outstanding customer service like this all the time!
