The first job they completed for me was a very large tree removal between my house and my neighbor's house. They did a fantastic job and they cleaned up everything before they left. The second job they did was an emergency tree removal after a very strong Oklahoma wins Blew it over and it was being held up by a fence post where it could possibly fall on my house. They came after hours and removed it to ensure my family safety. They've always been incredibly professional with timely communication and fair pricing.

I contracted this company to remove my trees since they were dangerous with storm season…read moreapproaching (this was Feb this year). They gave me the quote which included stump grinding, and told me it was for that day only. I agreed to the job. I also explained that the brick would still be around the trees since I was saving up to have the house rebricked and the tree job took a big chunk of that savings. They told me they stump grind on Saturdays, and that whenever the brick was removed, they would come back and stump grind. I questioned it again after they finished removing the trees. They sent me a $0 invoice for stump grinding notating that they would be back when the bricks were removed. It took four months for everything to be finished regarding the house. When I contacted them last week to say the brick was removed and the stumps could be ground, I was told they needed more money because too much time had passed. I was told 1-2 months was okay but 4 months was too long. They continued to argue with me until I got them to agree to a small refund because the job wasn't completed. I now have to spend more money to have the stumps ground down because they didn't honor their word nor their invoices showing that information. Be wary of the jobs you are contracting them to do and meticulously detail all duties you are having completed.

We replaced a board on board cedar with cap for the same. It was done perfectly! Great value! Great product! Both Don and Autumn have let us know they are available if we have any further question or need anything regarding the fence. It was a joy to work with them and would HIGHLY recommend them for any fencing needs. I enjoyed working with them so much, I am going to be working with Autumn this week on landscaping needs. I'll write more once we see how that goes - but I'm expecting the same level of attention to detail and professionalism. Awesome, reliable, professional company!

One was someone named Steve that…read morehad done a neighbors house, one was a guy named Josh my girlfriend's dad had recommended and one was a guy named Trent my other neighbor recommended. All 3 came and gave me an assessment. Steve sounded like he was willing to take care if me but when he met with the adjustors, didn't help me much. That adjuster basically stated that the hail damage was from previous storms. Josh was too busy and somewhat arrogant. Trent from Great Plains Roofing sent Kyle Burnett who really impressed me by several factors. He blatantly told me that it was now illegal to not pay the deductible and their company was not willing to cover that. In lieu of that he would give a free upgrade to Class 4 shingles etc. Kyle went on the roof and took about 89 pictures and provided them by email along with drone shots and damage locations... very impressive high quality pictures. He spent the time to show me the different colors and types of shingles, drip edges, etc. When the 2nd adjuster came out, Eric (Kyle's Co worker) joined him and helped figure all the damage spots and showed the 10+ hits in the 10x10 square to total the roof. If they were going to go out to bat for me and get the insurance company to pay, I was willing to sign a contract with them (and I am glad I did) Within 2 weeks, I had the materials dropped off and the following day (with a 12 person crew) on a 2300 sq ft home, the entire roof was replaced with the Class 4 shingles. They took care of the eaves, high quality underlayment, drip edges, etc and even installed a solar attic fan. They had a company that they use for guttering so I just paid the amount awarded to me by State Farm + the deductible and they handled it all. They even fixed my chimney stack that was in pretty horrid shape. My next door neighbor got his roof replaced and it took them 4 days to complete and it was smaller than mine. Kyle was always very responsive and always willing to go the extra mile. Very impressed overall and highly recommend.
