I did give 2 stars only because everyone there was very nice including the girl doing my hair, the atmosphere is nice and they are attentive offering water, etc. 100% disappointed with my perm. There is parking right in front of the door, there is a handicap spot with a ramp as well. When you walk in it is an open room so not a lot of walking for those who have limited mobility. Five hours for a perm that didn't turn out is awful. I definitely would not return for a perm there.
