Wasn't impressed. The hairstylist who cut my hair didn't really take her time and trim enough off. Instead, she trimmed what she assumed would be enough instead of asking me if i wanted more off. Didn't do much in regards to others parts of my hair just the front section. My frustration is very evident as I haven't posted a review in awhile and I hope I can get a refund as I pre paid online and was told I was getting their #1 men's hairstylist. read more

Loved my experience!! Raegan took care of my highlights and did an amazing job. She was so precise and sweet to visit with. I'm from out of town, so i wish this could be my new go-to salon! The prices were fair for the quality of work done. I also bought a pack of Bellami hair extensions that I'll be using for my wedding soon! Me and my boyfriend had an appointment today. He came in for a haircut, and I was doing partial highlights. My friend does her haircut here, so she recommended it to me, and we decided to give it a try. The front desk was extremely nice, girls made sure we felt wanted. We were offered water, tea or coffee. The salon itself was cute and cozy, with a cute décor pieces. Bathroom was clean and had hand lotions that smelled amazing. The stylist called me in and I was super excited. I asked her how she was doing and she answered: "Good. What are we doing today?". I felt different energy coming from her, but chose to ignore it and just explained what I would like to do with my hair. We started at 10 and we were done by 1:20. I would say it's much longer that I usually do. But those 3.5hrs turned out to be a silent appointment because we haven't spoke once. It is a first time I'm in the hair salon feeling awkward. I would say I was hoping for more hospitality from the stylist. During the rinse I'm usually asked what is a good temperature for my scalp. This time I wasn't and right away the water turned out to be extremely hot and it burned me. I right away said that it's a little hot and asked stylist to fix it. However, the next time she turned on the water it was the exact same temperature as the first time. I didn't understand what the problem was and was debating on just standing up and leaving. It's already been 3 hours and we were still not done with the toner. However, I wanted to see how my hair turn out and maybe my color would be nice, so I would just brush off the attitude and appreciate the professionalism of the stylist. I texted my boyfriend that I'm feeling hesitant about the situation. When we were done rinsing my scalp, I was feeling sensitive from the hot water, so I told the stylist I don't need styling and I can just blow dry it at home on a low heat. She said she can do it for me, which again was a regular heat, not a low heat that was asked. The awful part is that that I was so uncomfortable with the whole situation that I didn't want to upset stylist by asking her twice. When the blow dry was done, I said that the color is wormer than I would usually go for. But it was what it was. I had to ask the stylist for the hair oil at the end of the session because my hair felt dry after the processing. Our total was $200, minus my boyfriend's haircut. From my experience I would probably recommend a little bit more training to the stylist and probably a bit different attitude to her customers. There was a couple of times when my hair was pulled and it hurt, but again I would not mention it if the color itself would be worth it. As a customer, I would hope my stylist to want me to come back. Unfortunately I will not be coming back, even though the salon itself was worth visiting. read more

Days before the quarantine, recommended to me, my first and last appointment, to this salon and this stylist. The salon is very nice. However, after asking what I wanted, seeing pictures I brought to show her, the stylist almost cut my hair the correct length. Stacked, wispy bangs, texturized, no! For the price, some of these could have been attempted. Now, I'm quarantined, with no style, a terrible cut, and I'm contemplating cutting it myself! read more

I had my hair done here once and it was nothing special but it was okay. Then I made an appt for my daughter to have color and that was such a weird experience. The shampoo girl was super sweet. But the stylist ... she told my daughter it would take her "at least 10" appointments to lighten her hair and we could "ask anyone." She went on and on, kind of defensive. We've had my daughters hair lightened before in one appointment so this was not true. She also seemed to be double booked because she was trying to do my daughter and another girl, and she left her foils in too long. We will not go back here. read more

I received an introductory shampoo & conditioner. I have long hair & told them I'd had a baby, my hair was falling out, causing tangles. I asked if they could do this type of hair they said no problem. I checked in & at first it seemed nice. The shampoo lady was very kind & said I would never forget my experience...so true! I go to the style area & as I met my stylist who at 1 point got advice as she apparently had not worked on severely tangled hair. I told them if they had any problems I could do it because it's like this everytime I wash it, taking me about an hour. Next, several looked at it, some (not the stylist) giving me strange looks as if I were a science project. Someone told my stylist she was on a schedule & to send me home.(They later said it was due to fear of breaking my hair which was mentioned but the main reason was not wanting to take the time to do it & probably because it was a coupon - ironically had they done it I planned to give up to $100 tip). Then they decided to put in a masque, leave it overnight & they would fix it tomorrow. I was told I'd get some product & then put it in my hair again the morning then go back & the girl who was really my hair dresser said she would work on it. She was super nice & would have probably let me tell her how to get it out. Another lady came & told me I needed to cut out the tangles & I told her I could get it out I wouldn't have too. She actually seemed mad that I would not cut it out which seems strange. She then changed it to where they would not work on it anymore the next day like the other girl wanted. Then this same woman twisted my hair tightly, (she claimed later it was loose but it was tight) & the rubberband was tight. I was given a hair sample (comically was only enough for the ends of my hair so I'm not sure why I was given it at all.) & sent out with wet hair & nothing done. I got home & the band was so tight I could barely get it out. I felt of my hair & it had been twisted in such a way that it was inside itself. It was hard as a rock like the masque had turned into a gluelike substance. I put my head under hot water to try & get it out but it was too late. That night someone began working a couple hours on it & stopped because they were afraid to make it tighter. Two locks of my hair came out of the knot. I cried all evening & slept on my stomach too avoid making it worse & woke up every 20 min to make sure the two locks I had didn't get in the knot. The next day I went to my other aunt & a friend whose daughter has a similar experience. They worked for several hours & it got a little better but no more released. They even had to use a screwdriver to pick at it because it was so hardened it broke a comb. We did call & sent them a photo of what my hair looked like by the time I got home (before it was worked on) & another or so of the tiny unnoticeable progress. They finally admitted they had not handled my hair properly & offered to let me go up there & them work on it. I decided not too as I was afraid someone would start chopping. With a knot that tight my nearly hip length hair would have been to my ears or base of my neck. At this point I got a recommendation to T2's in Dequincy. She saw it & she believed she could get it out. After working until midnight, 7 hours, she got the hair from ear to ear out & some of the longer locks in the back. She had clients & worked me in as she worked on them by herself. One of her clients sons was a barber & he actually stepped in & helped. Once he left her daughter who works with her, left her husb& & two kids at night to drive all the way from Ragley to help. I had never met them before & they would not let us pay. The next day I went back to another friend who worked on it until Mrs Brenda of T2s could see me again. My friend began pouring white vinegar on it & some of the "glue" started breaking up & white stuff was coming off. I was at her house about an hour. Next we went to T2s. My friend & a relative met us at her place to work on my hair. For 7 hours until 1 am they all three worked on my hair at the same time. Using generous amounts of coconut oil, rinsing with super hot water every 1-2 hours, & tons of patience later the hair knot was seperate enough to have hair in the front. The next day I went three 4-5 hours later the entire left side of my hair is out. I've lost several inches & after the holidays will get the last knot on the right out. For now I can hide it. I plan to contact the owner & show pics. I feel so blessed to have enough to wear up as it grows again. Without the help of Brenda at T2 & many friends & family working 25-30 hours (so multiply by two because it was at the least two people working at a time) I would have ear length hair which I have not had since I was a year old. This experience is comparable to the worst days of my life & this "free" service will litterally cost in the thousands in the end. read more

I'm just visiting town and decided to try a new haircut. I always show the pixie of Anne Hathaway to my stylists and it always turns out the way it is but when I came here, my stylist, Lexi told me she will take it slow since it will be a drastic change. She even asked me to show it to her twice just to be sure and when she worked on it, I started to panicked since it's becoming shorter and shorter, then she told it's not the final. I'm guessing she's a trainee since after that she asked her colleague to check out my hair and her colleague was the one who continued and finished everything. They didn't even finished it well since I'm expecting that after the haircut, they will refine the ends to make it thinner. I am so dissatisfied with it. The woman I had massaged my head and put an aromatic warm towel over my face, heaven!:) I also agree with another post, I love how the stylists/miracle workers didn't gossip....their attention was completely on the customer!! I will say the pricing is a bit on the high side BUT if I have this good of an experience every time, I don't mind the price! I haven't even left the salon yet and feel compelled to post a review. This salon is incredible!!! Every single person in the building is so sweet and offered me something to drink and had pleasant conversation with me. I truly feel comfortable and wanted in this salon. I got my brows and lip waxed by Brooke, who was so kind throughout the service. We spoke about how I was new to the area and she gave me food and entertainment recommendations and made waxing a pleasant experience. My hair stylist, Master stylist Lensi was running a few minutes late but still came and checked in with me and got me shampooed. She listened to everything I said about my hair and cut it so perfectly! I haven't been this happy with a haircut in so long. The salon is so clean and inviting, and they also speak such positivity into the air, some beauty shops are spots for gossip and judgement but signatures salon is my new favorite place! I've been a customer at this salon for years on and off, mostly on. After the governor said salons could open, I called and left a message for a haircut. I knew my stylist would be booked for awhile, so I said I would see a junior stylist. I then ended the conversation with my niece also needed an appointment. She's only been going less than two years. Well guess what? She got a phone call and appointment right away and I never got a call. No voice messages or calls. After a week of waiting, I called and told them how disrespectful they were to me and I didn't appreciate it. I said I would not be returning. I guess I wasn't one of their "special" customers or I don't have enough money to my name so I didn't get a call. Of course after I left that message, someone called the next day and acted like I had never called. I've already told several new people to the area not to go there. I'm truly disappointed in this "Christian" salon who does not treat all their customers the same. read more

Marissa and Taylor are amazing! Last year I decided to get an undercut bc I have so much hair and it's so thick. Marissa was able to give me a neat shave with a fun design and also cut the rest of my hair perfectly to where you would never know about my undercut without pulling my hair up. Taylor also cut my hair a few times and did an excellent job! I love that they both aren't afraid to do something fun and edgy and also subtle when you want it. They are both very versatile and knowledgeable in their fields. I've been a happy client for years and will always return to these girls! Also, you really can't beat the atmosphere of signatures. They are always up to date with the latest stuff and are not trying to change your mind when it comes to you getting what you want.
