During the entire process she kept pulling my head back instead of using her chair to turn me to face her or reposition me. I had a neck injury at the time and was so afraid to say anything, but was very uncomfortable. Then she cut my ear when using the trimmers to trim up around my ears. I was a nervous wreck. I sat there for so long and I felt very taken advantage of. The lighting was poor so she had said when i got home I would probably see more of a difference in the color. I did not. No change the next day either. Furthermore, she did not listen to me and what I asked for. I admit, I am clueless about what is being put on my hair and when, so i assumed the professional knew what she was doing and I did not ask any questions. I thought the very thorough explanation when I arrived was enough. I was told to come in early because there was a cancellation so I arrived early and just sat in the chair 30 minutes before anything was done. I wish I would have left right then. I cried all the way home. Cancelled my following appt and debated putting up a review, but do not want anyone else to go through what I did.

I was told management would give me a refund last monday.. i got my brows done there over 10 days ago.. i have heard nothing. this place does not care about customer satisfaction or doing a good job as long as they're getting paid. will not ever be using PLUSH again for any service. Anyone who has ever done brows, even for themself, knows you put a small amount of color on the brush and work with that, she globbed this stuff onto my eyebrows and didn't even shape them.. I've been there multiple times myself and my tattoos and piercings are wonderful. The only issue is that for her industrial piercing (which is two piercings), they used just one needle. From what I understand, needles are meant to be single-use per piercing, so that was a little concerning. Overall still a good experience, but that's something I think could be improved.

They always work with my schedule and my stylist is always on time with my appointments. I've been going to Ashley S. for years and I cannot say enough great things about her! She is so great at what she does and I'm always happy when I leave the salon. I've also been to Jessica H. and Cianna K. on occasion and they were both fantastic as well! I don't often buy products from the salon but they do have a really large selection of good quality products. I have purchased the Bumble thickening shampoo/conditioner and the thickening spray - which I loved! The prices are based upon the services and the experience level of the stylist.
