After posting this review, the owner (or whoever was running the store today) gave me a very sincere apology and gave me a discount on the services i received. i still wouldn't recommend if you have time sensitive plans after you get your service, but the techs are very friendly and clearly care about customer service. and if you have time, the wait is definitely worth the quality.

I don't often buy products from the salon but they do have a really large selection of good quality products. I have purchased the Bumble thickening shampoo/conditioner and the thickening spray - which I loved! The prices are based upon the services and the experience level of the stylist.
