They came the next day within the time window given. Two rather polite men showed up, verified what we wanted, got to work. They tested their work, I happily paid, and they were off. We'll definitely hire them again as need be. Highly recommended!

Having never dealt with something like this before, I was nervous about choosing the right company and worried about being taken advantage of. From the moment I spoke with Tony at JAL Electrical Construction, I knew I had called the right place. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed. His honesty and professionalism immediately gave me confidence during a very stressful situation. I contacted four different electrical companies before reaching Tony at JAL Electrical. Tony came out the same day He immediately stood out above the rest. While others were recommending additional work, Tony gave me straightforward, honest advice and never tried to sell me something I didn't need. That kind of integrity is hard to find. Although I didn't end up needing the work done immediately, I felt it was important to leave a review because exceptional customer service deserves to be recognized. Tony treated me with respect, answered all of my questions, and genuinely had my best interests in mind. Finding someone you can trust is priceless, especially during an emergency. I know exactly who I'll be calling for any future electrical needs, and I highly recommend JAL Electrical Construction in Hammond Indiana to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy electrician. Thank you, Tony, for your kindness, professionalism, and integrity.
