They made sure everything was done to the highest possible standard. After the boiler was installed, we had some issues around a leaking radiator and balancing of the radiators. They came back fairly quickly and repaired the issues well. Sasi is very responsive. He always responded to my questions and concerns promptly. He always could come within a reasonable time frame. In terms of price, they are reasonably priced. They are not the cheapest quotes that we got, but as the saying goes "you get what you pay for", and I feel we got high quality work for a good price.

Within an hour of calling him, he came by to look at our A/C, assessed everything and give us a quote for a new unit with installation. Ray is clearly very knowledgeable with HVAC. He gave us replacement options, and answered all our questions. The next day, our new Lennox high efficiency A/C was installed. Ray has a very friendly disposition. He provided excellent customer service, a timely and high quality A/C installation at good cost. Ray even fixed a fitting on our hot water heater that he noticed was improperly connected - no charge.
