Very honest garage door repair company w/ fair pricing. I had another company come out & feel like I could have had a new door w/ all they wanted to replace. Tech even greased all the parts & tightened the springs for free. UPDATE (still 5-stars). The garage door mentioned in my prior review was installed by the previous homeowner some years before us. As happens with all garage doors, the movable parts need occasional upkeep or replacement. With us it happened to be the springs. One snapped clean in half. I called Master Garage Door and they were at my home the next morning. Apparently this is their most common repair call. Within an hour of arriving the springs were replaced (with better after-market ones and a 5-year warranty) the door opener unit and all other parts were checked and maintained, and the door balanced. All this for a reasonable price and no hassles. read more

A spring broke on my garage door, and Master Garage came out the following morning on time. The tech evaluated the whole system and advised me on additional items that needed to be taken care of soon, but I could wait if needed. Awesome job , back story - I had some problems with my garage door panel hinges. I received a quote from another garage door vendor who stated that I would need to replace the panels. They arrived on time, inspected the door, gave me a price and went to work. The springs were installed then they tuned it up and everything is working fine. They were extremely courteous, quoted me an excellent price and stated they could do the repair the same day (my call was made mid morning on Friday). Have called these guys twice for two different houses. Both times the spring had snapped and the door would not go up. Both times they were there in less than 30 minutes. Fixed it for a good price and even lubed the other parts of the doors so they operated smoothly. They seem like a nice honest business. Hard to find these days. read more
