The technician came at the scheduled time and called me prior to showing up to let me know he was on his way. Robert, the technician who was awesome, he was very polite and professional. He did a thorough inspection and promptly determined the problem. The inspection did reveal some other issues that he pointed out to me that really needed attention. He gave me a detailed estimate to do the additional work if I so chose. We authorized him to do the work. During the course of the repairs he noted that the cables were worn. He contacted the company & they authorized him to go ahead and replace the cables at no charge. He also gave me some simple maintenance pointers, which will help to keep the door operating smoothly.
