Highly recommend.

I made a service request and Trinity and another highly-rated company responded very quickly, but the other company could not guarantee same-day service. Both had reasonable quotes. Trinity was VERY communicative, updating me on Tyler's expected arrival time. Tyler arrived about 2 hours after I made the service request. As it turned out, it wasn't just the spring that was broken. The shaft and bearings were in need of replacement also. Tyler showed me all of the damage and was very friendly, professional and courteous. It took him about an hour to make the repairs. In all, I spent more than the original quote, but that was because of the additional work that was needed. I'm retired Army, so Trinity also gave me military discount. I was very pleased to get such fast, professional service on a Friday, and on the day before July 4th. I highly recommend Trinity Doors.

Rating: 1/5 - Disappointing Experience and Unprofessional Service…read moreI hired Jennings Overhead Garage Door Service for a side-mounted motor conversion based on a friend's recommendation. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. What was promised as a routine one-day job turned into an unfinished, frustrating process. On the initial installation day (a Friday), the owner, Chris, became visibly agitated and vocal when the project didn't go as planned, acting unprofessionally when I checked on the progress. Despite the work being incomplete, I was asked to pay the remaining balance that day, which I regrettably did. A team member returned the following Wednesday to wrap up, but key details--such as proper trim adjustments around the door--were only partially completed because the job was taking too long. A qualified professional should accurately gauge project timelines, anticipate material needs, and maintain composure on the job. I cannot recommend this company.
