I admittedly have a full head of hair that grows rapidly and if trimmed properly looks amazing. No complaints for myself. However. I took my mother in for a haircut with the lady because she took care of me the first time and did such a good job. But as she started taking care of my mom's hairdo, some guy who was apparently a client of hers came in demanding to have his cut done exactly at 12:00PM because he had some flight to catch. It was 11:50 and she assured him that she would be done by 12 to take care of him. He didn't believe her and ended up leaving before then. Out of anger over the situation she kept her word for no reason (because he didn't even stay there) and cut my mother's hair in under 10 minute. Who cut's a woman's hair in under ten minutes with good results? She did a lousy job, messed up my mom's hair to please a client that didn't even bother to wait for her, and had an unpleasant attitude the whole time. I will never go back here, and it's such a shame too because they did such good work with my own hair. Best of luck to y'all.

I was in search the SMP master who could cover a scar, I received from a previous surgery. After…read moredoing some homework, I decided to check out Mr. Taylor Perry. After looking at his IG page it seemed as if he was the celebrity star of SMP in South Florida. I sent him a message and got a quick response, after his response I followed instructions to send pictures. After the pictures I was given a price and told next steps would be given from his assistant. Somehow, I wasn't given the proper next steps the assistant was suppose to email me and send me a paypal invoice for 500.00 deposit. Welp! That never happened, however, I was good with Taylor adjusting his schedule to making time to see me. Taylor presented like a cool guy once I got home to south florida the chaos started. I stopped by the shop taylor was in the middle of a session, he had flown another SMP specialist in town. Taylor assured me he would be able to take care of the job. The problem was Taylor originally quoted me 800.00 for a scar cover, once I met him the price jumped to 3800.00. Taylor spoke about getting a finance credit card to take care of the procedure. on his page so I wanted to take advantage of it. I was then given a time to come back for the procedure. The stress started soon as I walked out, something didn't seem right to me. After being told by him no one ever gets approved for the card, welp he was super wrong because I was. The problem is you should never judge a book by its cover. I was prepared to pay you sir the 1,000 but your used car salesman approach sounded like a lemon car sale. Once I was approved for the credit card the company called and said he didn't accept the money through ACH transaction. Taylor then had his incompetent assistant call me to give me info and nothing matched what he told me orginally. I ended up back in the shop talking with him. I could tell he was bullshitting me, all he had to say was he didn't want to do the job. Taylor lied persistently wasting my time. He wanted me to pay him 1900 in cash to start the job and do the credit thing as well. How does that make sense? You tell me you can apply for a card through your website to get your little referral fee, the all of a sudden you need the money before you start lol BULL SHIT SIR! The assistant then bullshitted me as well lying and speaking out the side of her face. Being from Florida I know the hustle sir, after 4 hrs of back and forth and trips to his shop. He finally stated I should come back at 5:00 pm, once I arrived the shop was closed and he had his assistant text me stating " My guy doesn't want to touch your head, he is finished for the day. We can refer you to Steve G." So sir you brag on IG about being the "King" However, you didn't have the balls to tell me you didn't want to do the job. What a waste of time and energy, your customer service sucks. I had to fly back home to keep me from maxing out because deceiving customers isn't the way to do business. People deserve honesty, not shady business deals and having to work with airhead staff. Please improve on your customer service and hire someone with a brain sir. PS You should never judge a book by its cover sir! You assumed from the jump I couldn't afford the procedure. I wouldn't recommend my dog to piss on you...........Shady Business!
