From the very first phone call, JC was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They scheduled a free in-home consultation within a couple of days, and the consultant arrived right on time, listened carefully to what I wanted, and offered fantastic suggestions without any high-pressure sales tactics. He took precise measurements and helped me choose the perfect style, color, and finish that complements my décor perfectly. The installation crew was just as impressive. They showed up on the exact day promised, laid down drop cloths to protect my floors, and worked efficiently and neatly. The shutters were custom-made and fit every window like a glove--no gaps, no adjustments needed. The quality is outstanding: solid hardwood, smooth operation, and that classic, elegant look that instantly elevated the whole house. What I appreciated most was the attention to detail. They even adjusted the tilt rods exactly how I wanted them and made sure I knew how to clean and maintain everything properly. The pricing was fair and transparent--no hidden fees or surprises on the final bill. Honestly, it felt like a premium service at a very reasonable cost. I've already get compliments from everyone who visits, and the difference in light control, privacy, and insulation is night and day. I recommend Elite Decor to anyone looking for plantation shutters (or any window treatments, really). They're true professionals who take pride in their work, and it shows. If you're on the fence, go with them--you'll be as delighted as I am! Thank you for transforming my home!

Roy came out to take measurement for windows. He explained everything I was getting and the amount without any pressure. He gave me an estimation of when everything will be ready. Then, Emilio, the installer came out and installed my Zebra Shades. I can truly said that my whole house looks so elegant and modern just from doing my windows. I'm pleased with the results especially all the natural lighting that I'm getting from my windows. Henry visited and patiently went over the tint options and Leslie set up the appointment and visited the day of install to assist and coordinate. They were very careful in removing the old tint and cleaning the windows spotless before installing the new tint. We had a large arch window high up above the front door which is a challenge to get up on a ladder; however Henry was up to the task and did an amazing job along with the rest of the windows including 2 windows that were re-frosted. Leslie also assisted with another staff team member. We noticed the difference right away with the rooms feeling cooler and the blocking out much of the extreme solar heat we have been experiencing here in South Florida. Our AC takes shorter time to cool now and our AC bill was 35$ less this month. Much appreciated and I highly recommend this company!
