Instead of being respectful and professional, the barber made rude and hateful comments about my hair and was rough with it (specifically the barber at chair 4). There is absolutely no reason for anyone to be made to feel embarrassed or disrespected while simply trying to get a haircut. I would not recommend this barbershop to anyone looking for a welcoming and respectful environment. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, my experience here was completely unacceptable. I hope others think twice before choosing this place. Absolutely trash!

One of the three barbers left while I was waiting and several walk-ins were seated before me. I was finally seated about an hour later. The hair cut was good not great. Today I went back as a walk-in. I arrived shortly before 2:00, the 3 chairs were filled with one person waiting. Again, no greeting, no inquiry as to if I had an appointment, I had to look down to verify I was indeed visible. As I waited my turn, one after one walk ins came in and were taken ahead of me, seemingly because they knew the guys. After waiting 30 minutes a guy walks in, says hello to one of the barbers and the barber asks if he has an appointment, he responds he does not. He was taken next. 45 minutes into my wait one of the 3 barbers leaves. Someone finally addresses me to inform me that if I wish to continue waiting it will be another hour. Wow! So I ask if I can make an appointment for the next day, dude looks at his phone and says "maybe come in tomorrow around 2:00". Trying to support young local business' I agree, but he didn't ask my name and didn't make any notation on his phone or paper. I think they do a decent job, but unless you know them, find a place that honors appointments and takes walk ins based on when they walked in. I'd rather pay a few more dollars in exchange for my time being respected.

I normally wouldn't have complained about this but when he asked me what I wanted I asked him to keep my beard longer. Unfortunately he heard "shorter" and just buzzed off my beard. Immediately realizing he didn't ask about my mustache after plowing through it he apologized and said "my head isn't here right now". Defeatedly I sat quietly mourning the loss of my large facially defining beard and he comes at me with a straight razor. When I backed away he got really aggressive and said I scared him. I scared him?! You ever have someone "who's head isn't hear right now" try to edge you up while their kid screams in the back round? No thanks. Offended he began to yell at me and then starts speaking to his coworkers in Spanish while pointing at me. I asked his boss to ask him to stop arguing with me and stop trying to cut my beard anymore. He was rude, absent minded, unprofessional and aggressive. He ruined my haircut, chopped off months of beard growth and had the audacity to charge me. Do not go to this butcher.
