Deep cleaning includes things like scrubbing the fridge, stove, and oven. They also staightened up our hopelessly ramshackle bookcases. They scrubbed the scale off our bathtub. They even pulled our bed away from the headboard and vacuumed about 17 years of dust out of there. That was all included. We paid for some services, like organizing our scary linen closet and steam cleaning our rugs. Everything was SPOTLESS. I use a black light to find any stains on our oriental rugs. The patterns make them hard to see. I'd gone DIY on the stains in the past and just didn't have the energy to tackle it again From the first contact till Nick walked out our door, I was super impressed . We have been using these guys to clean our carpets in our home for 4 years and up until recently…read morewere pretty happy with them. Last 2 times we've gotten pretty substandard service. We put up with it once but not twice: * Carpet was left filthy. Dog hair and grime left on the carpet. Lots of it. * We pay the minimum "3 room" rate ($125). Normally they make up for this by also cleaning our couch and easy chair - usually takes the guy 5 extra minutes. * Cleaning guy refused to do the couch, even though he was in and ready to leave after cleaning the one room in 15 minutes. He said, "I have other places to clean and I'm running behind" * When we showed him the dirt we were able to scoop off the carpet, he said "if you're not happy, just take it up with my manager about making it right" and took off. * We called the manager, mentioned the still-dirty carpet and the couch not getting done. He said, if you want the carpet cleaned again it's $125. * We said, we just had it cleaned today, and it's not clean. Will you make it right? He answered, if you're not happy with us, call another cleaner, and hung up. I guess, sadly, avoid these guys, they have lost their integrity.
