They did not even give me a case for my glasses . After I picked up my glasses the next day I noticed the right lense was loose so I took them back and they refused to fix them telling me that's how they are supposed to be. The man literally began pushing on the left lense trying to loosen that one as well to try to convince me they were supposed to be like that. I do not recommend anyone to this office .

The front desk staff is also typically cordial and welcoming, and willing to go out of their way to answer questions. We were able to get our exams, meet with the doctor, and pick out our frames in a matter of an hour. The girl that helped us with picking our frames was so nice. We were told it'd be about 10 business days before our glasses would be in, and it was exactly a week when they called to say they were in. Picking up our glasses was such a quick and easy process. I have zero complaints about the whole process from setting up the appointments to getting our glasses.
