While you can sample some out of the ordinary regional dishes, classic favorites are also available and prepared superbly well. The only dish we didn't think met the otherwise high standard was the samosas-pastry was too hard and needs to be more flaky and tender. Whilst the majority of us have our favourite dishes, I was gently swayed by the waiter to try an alternative variation on my favourite dish - lamb saag. The dish was perfect, a perfect blend of tastes, spices and tastes incredible. I want to say it was called Lamb Sagotti but I might be wrong.
