I really feel bad when I have to write bad reviews, but was definitely not an experience I enjoyed…read more I purchased a couples massage groupon for hubs and I go to have a relaxing afternoon. I called and scheduled the appointment. The day before, they canceled and had me reschedule. Keep in mind I had to book it about 6 weeks out. They rescheduled me again for a week later. Then same situation happened, canceled and rescheduled again. By this point, I'm completely frustrated and didn't even want to go to the 3rd scheduled appointment. I realized that they were putting in new scheduling software and were running a daily deal, but not off the best customer experience. We arrive to the location to in a office park. I walk in into a large office space and there are some partitions lined up. I almost considered walking out at that point. We go and get ready for the massage. My massage was not the best. About half of the time they used some plastic tool on my back. I could have done that at home! Because of all the of the issues with scheduling they originally offered another couples massage no charge. Then when after our session, they changed the offer to just 1 person paying for the massage, but getting 2. We never called back to rebook the session. It looks like they have changed locations since our appointment, but overall not the best customer experience. Rescheduling 2 times and then changing the deal on the back end is not good business in my book.

We usually do couples…read moremassages, but due to me having an injury, we couldn't, so we went with that, as it looked relaxing and it was something we had never done before. We walked in and were greeted by a very kind receptionist, then led to the lounge to wait. It was quite calming, though you could hear the traffic outside. When our appointment time came, our technicians (? I don't know what to call them) took us to the couples room, where we proceeded to have the most relaxing experience of our lives. We had the 60 minute treatment, which included a "mini facial". I was expecting maybe a quick wash with a sheet mask. Oh nooooo, this was much more than that! Several different eye and skin masks, then our whole heads were in a steam capsule while we had arm/shoulder massages. We honestly didn't want to leave. Our hair / scalp feels amazing, my hair has had it rough lately, due to it being summer and it now looks fantastic. This was definitely money well spent, and I'll be going back.

I would like to recognize Cait and Gabe for their extraordinary services. Gabe gave me one of the best relax to the table massages. Cait gave my face a new glow with her amazing facial services. This is the walk around in complementary white robes type of spa. The spa has affordable bundles and à la carte options for whatever your needs may be. They do offer pregnancy services as well. They have a full nail salon as well and are accepting walk-ins. I do recommend having a reservation, but at least give them a call ahead of time. Accessibility note: the only thing not accessible is the head spa area as it is down a flight of stairs. All other spa areas can be made accessible. For my service dog handlers, I would recommend calling in advance and making specific requests instead of walking in.

Fire alarm was pulled out of the ceiling. The whole room should be for storage. Massage was inconsistent. Normally they spend equal amount of time on each side and do similar things. My masseur spent maybe half the line on my left side than she did on the right. She also used different techniques on each side, and there was no reason for it. Also, I got the CBD upgrade, but I know she didn't use it but charged me for it. They say it is controlled, so the from desk lady poured it in a cup for the massage lady to add it to the cream. When I was dressing, I saw the oil still in the cup. I didn't question it at that point because I just wanted to get out of there and had a gift card, so I wasn't going to come back anyway to use the rest of the money. Maybe their other locations are better, but don't go here.

Before beginning, therapist (Candice) started backsliding on the 90min by stating that I hadn't had a massage in while and should only do a 60min, which is total BS. Since I had driven 25 miles to make this appt I acquiesced, however when I was leaving her next appt arrived which let me know she overbooked and was lying to me. Furthermore, her technique was lack luster as I requested a deep tissue but received a very light Swedish. For anyone who has trouble areas and tight muscles you know that a Swedish doesn't cut it.
