Her techniques are spot on. I highly recommend her for any kind of massage, but even more so for lymphedema. After my initial treatment my lymphedema was completely manageable. The room was warm, comfortable, and had the perfect amount of music and water sounds. The facial itself was focused on a deep clean, exfoliation, and clearing pores. It was full of delicious, non offensive scents that smelled like lemon cello, peanut butter, cherry, fruit punch (not artificial), green tea, eucalyptus and peppermint. I'm so happy I found this place, and will surely be back. Much better than another local day spa that we will call "Turmoil"

Then, as I was ready to leave, I handed the gal a 20% tip. 20% She looked at the $20 bill and said, "NOT ENOUGH". I said, "What ??" and she then said, "30% need ten more dollars. You pay $100 so 30% is $30 and you need to pay $10 more." When I said No, she got huffy and turned her back and walked away. 20% was a fair and generous tip. To have her demand more was really not okay.

My husband and I had our first couple's massage here, and I am still utterly blissed out afterward…read more From the minute we met Brett and Billy Jo, they were nice, attentive, and professional. They talked over our preferences to help us decide with whom to work, which was great because Brett does more movement, when that doesn't always work for me. I liked that they didn't just assume the person we'd work with, like man-man, woman-woman, cause that doesn't concern me. Style does. And Billy Jo was excellent. She did the full body, great pressure; she checked in regularly. She worked out kinks really well. Scott liked Brett's style a lot and came out feeling "full noodle." He also said Brett worked out some stuff in his shoulder that he'd had for a long time. The rooms were comfortable and smelled great. The bed and face cradle felt good. She used bolsters for me, which I always appreciate. The only small issues to be aware of: the place is a little hard to find. Look for the farthest door on the third floor (turning right at the top of stairs). Also, the sounds from above the studio can be loud and disturbing if you're noise sensitive, but it didn't bother me. I liked the lounge music they played and could focus my attention on the groove. What a great way to start our spring break vacation. I would highly recommend them and would definitely go back.

The masseuse comes to your room so you don't even have to leave the comfort of your vacation hotel. You lie down and get 60 minutes of the most relaxing, calming massage you could ever imagine. All your aches and pains are gone and you couldn't dream a better experience. Unfortunately, that is all this was... a dream. I booked a prenatal massage for my wife months in advance for Christmas. Tammy was supposed to come to our hotel room and give my wife a 60 minute massage. This did not happen. Did she give us a weeks notice? A couple days? No. Not only was the cancellation call about an hour before the appointment, but she didn't even have the professionalism to call us!! She called the hotel and fortunately they were able to get a hold of us because we were out at lunch. She didn't give a reason, didn't apologize, just said "I'm not coming". Apparently this has happened before with massages that were booked through the hotel. But, I booked this directly through Tammy and she should have had the nerve to call me. I sent her an email the morning of to confirm the appointment. When did she respond? A week later... AND got my wife's name completely wrong. If I could give negative stars I would. No one should rely on her, go somewhere else and avoid the time waste and disappointment.

My wife and I have gone to Magnolia, at HEAL Wellness Studio, for spectacular therapeutic massages…read moreover the years but this last trip into her studio was different; I went for a hypnosis session, which turned out to be very fascinating. This visit was for what I will call an experiment in "Past Life Regression." It might also be called a parallel life regression. Well, my current perspective is that everything may well happen all at once, somewhat like old film canisters stacked in the projectionist's booth over at the Ruby Theater; they exist all at once but the POINT OF FOCUS (called "now") the projectionist has chosen only displays one frame at a time from one reel at a time. If each film reel represented one life. Then the reels could be pulled from the canisters in any order (although traditionally they are stacked and ready to present in the agreed-upon chronological arrangement). In my visit, I chose to change my "point of focus" for awhile. Thank you Magnolia, for allowing me to do the hypnosis session in a safe and familiar environment under your guidance, as although I have experienced other forms of hypnosis, this was my first introduction to virtually stepping into the moccasins of another lifetime and another environment. As always, Warm regards
