Found MassageU by accident while looking for a place to relieve soreness from being on my feet all day ,and I'm so glad I did. This place is amazing. I usually go for the 1hr foot massage, and I love that they also include back and shoulder work. It's exactly what I need all in one session. Definitely my new go to spot. It's dim, very quiet and they have curtains between the foot massage area and the entrance. They make you pay before your session, but I definitely mind it. read more

Nice massage great relaxing good price! I had a great review and a great time! Will do it again.

Don't book an appointment online. They will not honor it and try to charge you again. Very dishonest business and had to call my bank to get it canceled. The number to cancel is a full voice mailbox. read more

Massage U Spa - Massage Near Me - Pembroke Pines, Florida

I came here because of the reviews I saw. But my experience wasn't as pleasant as the rest. A massage is suppose to be RELAXING. There was nothing relaxing about this massage. The guy who massaged me was like rushing the whole time. I just kept feeling his hands going up and down my back. He definitely didn't know what he was doing. I thought I was the only one that had a bad massage but my fiancé said he's massage was bad too. Ohhh and then at the end of course waiting for a tip. We were NOT GOING TO TIP AT ALL BUT WE GAVE $10 and then the lady was like TIP MORE IT WAS AN HOUR MASSAGE. NEVER COMING AGAIN. read more

Great service nice long massage just what I needed Amy was very nice and the place was clean my wife loved it

Oh Lord, what did I just experience? Unfortunately, a complete 180 degrees from my initial experience here. I left with my head throbbing... this has been THEE WORST massage I've ever ever experienced. The individual who just pressed on me and smashed my hands like some garlic and just didn't know what to do but do the same thing over... and over.... and over... and over again on my back... then just randomly bear hug me because they literally ran out of ideas of what else to do during a massage was just horrible at this. I understand it's hard times out here and I understand with COVID they are probably hiring anybody but my goodness gracious... this is unacceptable. The entire time I'm talking to myself in my head... ouke, did this person's sweat just fall on me?? Why are they going so fast? Was it a marathon? A triathalon? Why are they so hard? Is it possible that they can press hard enough and cause a fracture on my shoulder blade? All these and more just non stop running through my head... I had to cut the massage short and just get the heck up outta there. The employee tried to get me to pay before my session, thank goodness I went with my gut and refused that. read more

Don't come here!! The massage was too rough!! Both me and my boyfriend had horrible massage and it was very weird in there. The guy that massaged me didn't know what he was doing it felt like my back was getting burned from the friction of him going up and down my back with his elbow and he kept pressing me hard against the bed. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE THE LADY AT THE FRONT WAS CURSING US OUT FOR LEAVING A $20 TIP!! LIKE DAMN I THOUGHT A $20 TIP WAS GOOD SHE KEPT TALKING SHIT AND CALLING US CHEAP!! NEVER AGAIN! read more

First time trying this place and was extremely disappointed. The therapist was nice but it didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. Got a combo massage and he spent most of the time on my back going up and down and just pressing me against the table. The foot massage was painful and he repeated the same 3 motions. To make matters extremely worst and uncomfortable, upon check in BEFORE my massage I was asked to pay immediately. I have never paid for a massage PRIOR to receiving the massage. The lady said it was standard and all of their customers pay which I didn't believe, but after she saw how shocked I was she let me pay after the massage. I'm not sure if it was discriminatory but whether this is a "policy" or not this is no way to conduct business. read more

Great couples massage. Observed all COVID precautions. Very friendly and great service.

I had a good experience with my massage her name was Linda. BUTTTTTTTT I HAD ONE PROBLEM As I was paying to walk out I left a 20% tip and one of the ladies in the front said that is not enough because she worked hard on you, I said I understand, I gave her a 20% tip. She said that was not enough. I told her that is very bad customer service when someone leaves you a 20% tip you should be happy with that , I didn't leave you a 10% tip she did a great job but for you to ask me for more that is very bad customer service. you do not make people feel happy with the experience so basically I had a good massage but the ending with the lady in the front asking for more made my experience bad that's not professional at all. I can't believe I just experienced that, was she expecting a 50% tip? I work in a profession base off of tip as well and I would never ask my clients for more tip .... especially if they already tipped 20% ..... I will continue to give 4stars because my experience was great but I hope the owner speaks to the staff about the situation because it is not professional at all. read more

Great massage but rude service. For some reason they made me pay up front before getting the massage, being I had to pay before determining if it was great service or not I didn't tip and at the end gave all the cash I had on me. The lady caught an attitude. First and last time coming read more

They just opened to long ago about a couple of months now I believe I didn't ask how long they where open, but I had to check it out, because I love massages and I can really say this is a nice place very clean the therapist was awesome!! The full body massage was great! I recommend this place! Also the prices are not bad at all. read more

I walked in for a massage last week as part of my exercise recovery management. After I decided to do a 90 minute massage, I was taken back immediately. I was given a simple towel to cover and felt rushed to undress as John, my masseuse knocked to enter the room. He pulled my bottoms down quite far to give me the massage and had very little massage technique. I had to tell him several times that he was giving too much pressure. He squeezed my arms up and down instead of properly massaging them and did too much trigger point to the rest of my body, to the point where I could feel resistance instead of release. Nevertheless, my body still felt an improvement. Afterwards, I gave a $20 tip on a $75 bill because of the physical wear and tear that one endures to give a massage. A couple hours later and I suddenly realized that John only gave me a 60 minute massage. I had to call repeatedly to find out any answers and was told to return the next day. I returned and they gave me back $20 for shorting me on the massage. I am not sure if this is their standard practice, just be warned. read more

Wow! First off I picked this location because the price was SOO right for 30min feet 30 minute body! I had LuLu and LuLu ROCKED! I decided on 60 min body 30 min feet, all I can say without being dramatic is, " All good things" she did a wonderful job I was drifting away into SERENITY! I will be coming again and I will and would recommend this business to people I know! I made my appt an hour before I arrived , right after work! Hmmm I should delete this Yelp, and keep this little GEM to myself! Lol read more
