I trusted their word and even verified a second time that I wouldn't be overcharged. Both times they reassured me. Then I find out from Deborah that I was indeed overcharged and she refused to correct the mistake. So she overcharged my massage by 50% and kept fighting to keep the money. What that tells me is that Deborah and Myotherapy's business is done through dishonest billing. I'm not sure if she wanted to overcharge that 50% so she herself could keep the money or make her profits look better? Either way, their word and integrity can not be trusted at all.
