Brianna made me feel extremely comfortable and gave me a fantastic clinical massage. I have seen many massage therapists in the past before my surgeries, and I think Brianna is one of the best I've ever worked with. The massage was very deep and after 3 sessions, my pain and slight limp are completely gone. She gave me ideas to work on stretching at home, which has also been extremely helpful. The facility was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, and both technicians did a very good job. We received additional attention to specific areas my wife's feet and my head and the full-body massages were thorough and enjoyable. We walked out of the treatment room feeling refreshed and completely satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, that positive experience changed at the front counter. We chose to leave a $55 tip for our technicians. Instead of thanking us and allowing us to leave, the person at the counter counted the tip in front of us, told us it was not enough, and pressured us to give more money. That was inappropriate and extremely uncomfortable. A tip is a gratuity and it is voluntary. Customers should not be pressured, embarrassed, or made to feel inferior because management believes the tip should be higher. If the business believes its technicians deserve greater compensation, that should be addressed through its pricing and compensation practices, not by confronting customers after they have already paid for their service. My wife and I are accustomed to tipping, and we tip according to the service we receive. We were not refusing to tip, however we divided 20% for each technician based on the amount we spent on the massage, and forcibly we added an additional $10. To have someone count our money and then tell us that our gratuity wasn't enough was intrusive, unprofessional, and unnecessary. What is especially disappointing is that the technicians themselves did a great job. This review is not a criticism of their work. It is about the way the gratuity situation was handled by the person at the counter perceivably the owner. After spending money on what was supposed to be a relaxing couples experience, the last thing a customer should encounter is pressure and guilt over how much additional money they choose to leave. Great massage. Very disappointing and unprofessional ending. Management should seriously reconsider how they approach customers regarding gratuities. We decided we would never return to this establishment ever.

We talked about my preferences before he got started and he did an amazing job with the exact right amount of pressure and time focusing on problem areas. And the scalp add on was definitely something I'd get again - as you'd imagine, it's a more focused massage and included some lovely aromatherapy. My DIL's massage therapist was Harmonie and she was SO happy with her experience as well. This was my DIL's first massage so she was also nervous lol. Harmonie was super friendly, bubbly, and welcoming and immediately made my DIL feel at ease. She loved it and we'll definitely be back for another girls day out. The space is small with sleek minimalist spa vibes. And while they don't have any room for saunas or baths or anything like that they do have a nice boutique area with spa products and other items like locally-made jewelry. I got some really cute earrings and some fantastic soaps and lotions which I've been loving! Booking online via their website was very easy. Prices are what you'd expect for the level of service and the quality is totally justified. Like most spas, they have a cancellation policy of 24 hour or more notice to cancel - if less than 24 hours they charge 50% of your scheduled service but that's pretty standard for most places. They're located in a small shopping center with a few parking spots out front and plenty of free street parking in the surrounding area. There are some stairs required to get up into the spa area and I didn't see any elevator options so there may be handicap access issues.
