Friendly, courteous, and competent. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Very relaxing and clean

Worst experience in this place. Front desk employee mentioned me two different prices and at the end of the service, ask me for more money. The esthetician took photos of my face from her personal phone. read more

Well, we saw some reviews which highly recommend this place. Also the reviews said this place was great place to use a Groupon coupon for a couple massage. Note: when I checked in (here) with Yelp, there was a 50% off coupon... Would've been nice to know that in advance, but I guess now I do! So, we went ahead and purchased a couples massage through Groupon for $118 plus tax. Accord to the business and Groupon, this was a one hour couples massage. We arrived at 4:45 (as requested), and filled out their paperwork. We were taken back to the room at exactly 5 o'clock. There was a preliminary meet and greet. We undressed and got on our tablets. That took at least 5 minutes. We both felt we got good massages, just slightly better than average. Both of our masseuses were respectful and friendly. It seems like the massages were over quickly, however, it always typically seems that way! But, we dressed and went back to the front desk (which took at least a couple of minutes) it was 5:49. So I asked why our 1 hour massage was more like 40 minutes. He said they had to get ready for their next clients, however no one was in the waiting area. He also said the one hour massage is supposed to be "50 minutes hands on". If the massages had been 50 minutes, I would have given them 5 stars. Don't think we will return as we can only assume the future ones will also be cut short. Too bad as we are looking for a regular place! read more

I can't say enough about Massage Heights. I always book my sessions with Brianna and she is amazing! She always takes the time to understand what I need before the start of each session. The massage is always the best! read more

I had a 90 minute massage and half way into the treatment, the massage therapist left the room and came back wearing latex gloves. I had a couple patches of heat rash on my leg. She did not ask my permission to wear the gloves, and it was very irritating to listen to the rubber against my skin. The owner Omar only offered me an "elevated" treatment on my next visit, which amounts to hot stone or a foot scrub. NO THANK YOU! I will never come back to this establishment. It was a completely annoying experience. read more

I visited using some of my extra ClassPass credits. I will note at some gyms/spas/salons you get treated differently b/c you are a ClassPass user. This was not the case here. They were SO nice and welcoming. Riana was amazing for my facial! I highly recommend her and would definitely request her in the future. The front desk staff is very welcoming and the space is very clean and smells spa like. 10/10 thank you Riana! read more

After my initial visit and receiving not so great service, I was in contact with the Manager. Danny went above and beyond to make sure my next experience was top tier. I was scheduled for today with a new set of therapists and they met our every need. Every thing that was an issue for me the first go around was rectified. Melissa was my therapist today, and she was absolutely a God send. She was attentive and had the right amount of pressure to relieve my pain. I will definitely be back to get another massage with her soon. Thank you Danny for all of your help! read more

Great location and good facility. I was very impressed with the entire experience from start to finish. Booking online was easy, check-in was informative, friendly, and made me feel welcome. Michael was a great therapist who helped alleviate some back pain and arm pain. read more

I had a 90 minute Massage with Luisa, she is a very professional and fantastic Massage Therapist. I was very sore from my workout activities. She was able to relax my muscles and politely asked if I would like to have the CBD upgrade, which would help my soreness . I felt very relaxed and the CBD certainly helped. read more

UPDATED TO RESPOND TO MANAGER I DID make an appointment hence the phone calls and texts that i received to confirm that i would make my appointment. If there is a tier system that is given to customers why offer Groupon at all and why make appointments if they will be cancelled. That's not how you gain customers, that's how you lose customers before they even experience your service. No thanks! Unfortunately my review is about the location and not the actual massage itself. I scheduled a massage for my husband and myself for our one year anniversary. I received several text throughout the week confirming my appointment and then a call this morning to ask if a male and female masseuse would be ok and also told to arrive 10minutes early. Ok, great! About 45 minutes before our appointment the location called to reschedule our appointment because one of the masseuse had to leave. While I understand things happen this is very disappointing considering my husband is a vet and it's our one year anniversary today ( Veterans Day) so I wanted to treat him to something relaxing. They mentioned that normally they don't accept Groupons on the weekend but I could reschedule and use mine on a weekend day. Oh ok, thanks for letting me know you'll make an exception to the rule since you cancelled my appointment. read more

Fantastic customer service by the lovely manager Danielle. I booked a reservation for my mom and sister, but somehow got the time wrong when I told them of their surprise (note: I had all text message reminders come to my phone since it was a Mother's Day surprise ‍). Danielle was so gracious towards my family and waived the cancellation fee as well as rebooked the both of them for another day. She exhibited exemplary customer service, grace and kindness towards us in the mist of all the chaos! Thank you Danielle! You just made 3 new happy customers read more

Michelle is one of the best deep tissue therapists and a delightful person. Quality therapists makes MH a worthy place for body restoration.

I went here as a surprise mini birthday present for my fiancé. I actually had a really good experience, better than I imagined. Just FYI, they do have a Groupon deal, however if you call, they'll be able to give you that deal without buying the Groupon. That was really easy for me, I called, and made an appointment and locked in that price. Over the phone the receptionist was really nice, she really made sure that she confirmed everything from what we wanted, our name, etc. You also get a call or a text a day or two before to make sure you were still coming, that was nice. When I arrived, parking is super easy, they are in a shopping complex. We were greeted when we walked in, they give you a sheet to fill out so make sure you come 15 minutes before your actual appointment to fill it out. It's quite a bit. The inside of the place is actually really nice, they sell a lot of stuff you can use, like lotions, oils etc. We did a couples massage, I had a man, and my fiancé had a woman, we were able to get that request accommodated. The massage was really nice, the music was nice, ours came with essential oil's, the mood was set just right. I love the personal touch with the pillows for the women, it really helped me be comfortable when I was laying face down. Overall the customer service was great, the price was about $90 for two people I believe. And that was for 60 minutes. It's never enough but they definitely have other good deals. Ours came with Essential oils and a scrub add on for our feet. read more

The location was clean, the room was warm, the aromatherapy choices were amazing, and the music was soothing. My therapist, Michael, listened to my needs and applied exactly the right pressure. I left the 90-minute couple's massage feeling like a wet noodle and slept more peacefully that night than I can remember in a long time (and that was just a bonus!). read more

Much needed after a long work day, or a hard workout! Highly recommend. And a very clean facility.

I wonder why the reviews for this place are great, but the star rating seems low. They probably worked out some kinks, because this place was awesome. My bf and I treated ourselves to a couples massage while in Ft. Worth and this was the place we chose. First things first, they give you 50% your first visit. That's a helluva deal. My massage was pretty good. The team was friendly, the massage was just right and the facility was clean. I'd recommend this place for your basic massage for relaxation or stress relief. I wouldn't recommend the couple massage for any romance or intimacy. We were really just in a room getting massages together. They weren't even the same massage. I got one warm towel and Jeff got three. THREE! But for the price, I can get over not being couple-friendly. read more

I'm honestly not pleased with my experience and I haven't even been able to get an appointment. My partner and I got a Groupon to get a couples massage as we're both exhausted from work. When I called to book the appointment (as per the Groupon) we were advised that we were not able to use a Groupon on weekends at all or after 5 on weekdays. So.... We pretty much would never be able to get an appointment to use this groupon. We both work until 5. This information is nowhere in the Groupon. I called back and requested that that the Groupon be honored since it was falsely advertised and I got a no. Groupon will only provide a voucher as opposed to a refund. So unless we are able to find something else with Groupon to spend it on, we are out about $150 Im sure it's not the receptionists fault but this is some very poor service and it makes me question if I would want to use this company's services in the future due to the dishonesty. My tip: if you're going to get a service here, don't bother with a Groupon. It costs the same without Groupon anyways. Post company response Edit: Yes. We've already had this conversation on the phone. My issue is that it was not disclosed on the Groupon that the Groupon could only be used before 5 on weekdays. So we buy a Groupon not having any knowledge of this and then find out that we are not able to use it since we both work and are not able to make an appointment before 5 (like most couples with jobs). And then, knowing this (which, y'all were clearly aware this was an issue long before I bought this groupon, as per our phone call), you refused to honor the Groupon even though it was knowingly misrepresented. And your response was "well if I honor it for you, I'd have to honor it for everyone else". Um, yeah. As you should when your company misrepresents something. It's called being accountable. If you had read my review, you would have seen that I have already contacted Groupon. They will not refund. They will only provide us with a credit that we can use later so if we are not able to find something else to use it on, we are just out that money. I include this information to convey part of the impact of your dishonesty. I will not be calling. My experience with y'all has already been a huge pain in the A and there is nothing left to be said. You've already shown yourselves as dishonest. read more

Always a great experience at Massage Heights. 1st massage ever! I scheduled a couples massage for my boyfriend and I for our anniversary. I message the business through Yelp and got a response the same day! Called the business and set our appointment. The receptionist I spoke to was wonderful, soft spoken, informative. Appointment scheduled 10am on a Saturday morning. The couples room was lovely, very big, 2 massage beds, plenty of space. The massage beds even have a warmer! Our massage was awesome. The therapist will ask you where you'd like them to focus, inform them if they need to ease up on a certain location or apply more pressure. This was a great experience for my boyfriend and I! read more

My experience was okay. The receptionist was amazing nice and very easy going. Yet I did show up 3 minutes late as soon as I finished filling out my documents it was almost like I was being rushed waiting for my other person for the couples massage to show up. Once I then got in the room the lady still had an attitude and was one of the rudest massage therapists I've ever came in contact with the other massage therapist was calming and welcoming with her tone and by the time my massage was over I only knew it was over because the other massage therapist said "you're coming back to earth now" by the time I opened my eyes mine was out the room. I am not one to leave any reviews this may be the first I've ever left because I felt that disrespected. For the most part, I'm a very understanding person... that being said, i am very frustrated with my experience. I bought a Groupon for a couples massage, and I made and appointment a MONTH before Valentine's Day, my fiancé and I both took off of work for our appointment, only to have it canceled a few days before.... fine whatever, I understand things happen. We rescheduled for another MONTH out... again, we both took off of work for this new appointment. As we were about to get in the car and head to the appointment, we get a call saying They have to cancel again and reschedule to another day. I opted for my money to be refunded because I was tired of taking off of work just to have my appointments be canceled. I'm so disappointed we didn't get to go, but I definitely won't be spending any money at this franchise again. read more

Save yourself the headache. We signed up for a 12 month contract, however, everything possible has gone wrong ever since we signed up. First, the therapist we prefer quit. Secondly, every therapist we have tried after that has either been unprofessional or just simply not a good therapist. Third, I can't seem to ever get a call back from management. There are constantly new employees behind the counter, who have little to no training in customer service. For the third time in three weeks now, I have called to speak to a manager. Somehow, there isn't a manager until Friday, and no one close to management I can speak to about our concerns. All in all, take your business to an establishment that can uphold a professional environment. This place is a joke. read more
