I booked my appointment online, as I have many times before, but when I showed for my confirmed time, I was told that they didn't see me on the schedule. Things happen and while frustrating, sometimes there are mix ups. My complaint was how the receptionist handled it. She laughed and treated it as a joke and had nothing more to say.
