Recommended by my wife, I have had nothing but excellent experiences since going to the Massage Envy Tulsa Hills location. I have made it a point to obtain services from as many of the certified massage therapists as possible in order to find the best one. To my surprise, they are ALL excellent and I highly recommend anyone there! Special kudos go out to "Aimee" who has a special knack for knowing what needs to be done to help with a tired old hockey player like me get some much needed therapy. If you are someone like me who gets at least one massage per month, then I strongly recommend getting on their membership plan that carries some nice perks with it. You can book your appointment on the phone with one of their friendly techs (who speak perfect English), or use their excellent phone app. As a certified quality professional myself, I live by the old adage that you pretty much get what you pay for, and I don't feel that you get a quality massage at these cheap oriental places with families of so-called therapists. Do not go to any of these chain massage places. They are liars. I made an online appointment and at the end the total stated for the massage would be $113. I knew after the massage I would add gratuity before I left. When I checked out it was $188 for non member pricing which was listed no where on online and no one mentioned it at the place I visited. Do not go to these places. Support independent massage therapists like I will be doing from now on. I'm am trying to find out where I can report them for deceptive business practices. read more

My husband and I were told verbally that we could get a membership and cancel if we were unable to use it, or wouldn't want it anymore. $60 a month and you get a massage once a month. Until you try to cancel it. It locks you in for 12 months costing me almost $800. Plus my husbands $800 membership as well. Won't be going back ever and will never recommend anyone to go there. My 90 minute session was 20 minutes shorter, and when I brought it up at the front desk, they told me it was for "consultation" and something else I do not recall. I did not have any consultation either before or after my massage. My appointment was originally set for 2:30, started at 2:47 and ended at 3:55. Once the sub-par massage was over I was not even offered a towel to rub excess oil off my body and had to put my clothes and flip flops over it, which was pretty awful and my flip flops kept sliding off. This place does not have shower or sauna, no one even offered plain water! Customers have to pay extra for everything, including for oil oil to smell pleasant vs no smell. Made us wait 3 weeks for couples massage. I had to pay to transfer my credits from Georgia to Oklahoma because they are franchised. Canceled my massage 2 weeks ago because masseuse quit. Didn't find another masseuse. Day before couples massage they canceled the other couple. I call they offer another 90 minute massage in another 2 weeks, no we're both teachers. So now I'm probably cussed The manager called this morning to explain the situation to me one more time and not offer me a rescheduled massage but to chastise me on my behavior of her staff???? The one massage I had there in July was good. Until the next day when I could not turn my head. I was in a hurry and admittedly should have paid more attention to what I was signing but I was told (verbally, no proof) that I could get a membership and cancel if I was unable to use it. Sooo...it is $60 a month and you get discounted services. OK, pretty good deal, right? Until you try to cancel it. It locks you in for 12 months. SO...that ONE massage is going to end up costing me almost $800. I've visited this establishment twice. I pre-paid for a total of six massages. I visited other locations due lack of time and convenience. Needless to say I still have one more to use but was informed that I would not be able to use it because I didn't want to be renewed automatically. So Brittany the general manager gave me an option of pay for two more sessions then we cancel or we can put this on your credit report Crazy this place is a rip-off!!! Had an Excellent experience here last week. I called and made an appointment for 6/21 for a massage and a facial. I arrived early and filled out some paperwork and was taken to the back. I had a massage with Cory, the massage was great he focused on my shoulders where most of my tension is. I had a facial with Briana she talked through the process and I had a great conversation with her! I will be back to this location they all have great customer service! read more

I moved from out of state and transferred to this location. They could not get my credit card information saved in the computer. On multiple occasions the front desk would call to inform me I was past due. I went in 3 times and physically gave them my card. The business day after my 3rd visit I received another harassing call that I was past due. I told them to cancel my membership which they refused to do because I was past due. I asked for the manager to call which did not happen. I had to go in a 4th time and pay for a massage I was not going to use in order to cancel my membership. Do not use this company. read more

My first time at this location. I've probably have 50+ massages in my life and this was one of the best! Tim went through my medical history. He was very knowledgeable about my neck and back surgeries and the effects of surgery on muscles, fascia, etc. Tim gave his recommendations for my massage. He checked in to make sure the pressure was appropriate. After the massage, he even wrote down a website for me to visit to learn more about what we discussed. read more
